I used Upscore to get a mortgage for a property in Spain and had a really good experience overall. Daniel helped me through the whole process and was always available when I had questions. Buying property abroad can get pretty confusing, so it helped a lot having someone explain what the banks needed and what the next steps were.

One thing that surprised me was that Upscore doesn’t charge any fees. I kept expecting there to be some kind of cost along the way, but Daniel explained they get paid by the bank instead. In the end I wasn’t charged anything by Upscore.

Daniel also helped keep things moving with the bank and made sure I understood what was happening at each step. The whole process ended up being much smoother than I expected.

I had a very uplifting experience with the agent. I asked a question that unfortunately the option does not exist however the agent was interested in further information to investigate if such request could exist elsewhere. That gave me hope in agent care. The agent does have my contact info in case the situation becomes available. That’s what I call a good outcome for an unsuccessful request!
