Upshift were absolutely amazing!

I had originally purchased a sim rig from Currys, however it was really weak and not up to par. I had a to spend weeks on the phone, back and forth emails, before Currys would accept a return.

My experience with upshift was a complete contrast. I started to speak to someone on the chat and he took a lot of time to answer all my questions.

I revived a Trak Racer TR80 faster than expected. I had seen on some videos online that people who had purchased Trak Racer from other companies had received them with damaged boxes and the paint badly chipped on the parts. This was not an issue with upshift! Everything was immaculate and packaged well.

I will only use upshift now in future. The customer experience can’t be matched by anyone.

Very quick and high durable quality from what they sell will recommend to everyone who are looking to either get into sim racing or those who wants to upgrade from their current setup.

I have just received my TR8 from upshift, an amazing piece of kit so easy to fit together and really sturdy, highly recommended.

My experience with Upshift has been excelllent.
I called them (Jonny). With a few questions before I eventually purchased the TR8 Mach 3. Jonny was very helpful regarding my questions and inexperience as this is my first Sim build. I had a limited time frame for delivery due to work commitments. Jonny worked around this and was able to get the equipment to me within a few of days of purchase. I would recommend using Upshift. I would also recommend contacting them (Jonny) by phone as this seemed to solve all/most of the buying fears!... Great work "Jonny". Will contact you in the next few weeks for the upgrades, budget allowing ;) cheers Ian

Brilliant service. I'm new to sim racing but I was given ample expert, non judgemental and non pressurised advice by Jonathan @ Upshift. Once I had decided on the sim rig, they turned around delivery really quickly. The team was always quick to answer emails and give lengthy tips. The afters sales care has been excellent. I would definitely recommend others to use Upshift.

I just ordered the Trak Racer TR8 (Mach 3) with GT Seat and all my kudos goes to Jonathan and the high quality of the service.
Jonathan called me the same night I did the order to secure I did the right purchase and especially to clarify any question I had. Secondly, he did an amazing job of delivering the rig in 2 days.

The advice given pre sale was excellent, listened to everything that we required and made sure the sim rig we were ordering would meet our demands.

Delivery was a bit slow due to Covid but communication was excellent.

Nothing was to much trouble for jonny, I had to wait for my trakracer like everyone due to covid 19, but I was kept update with emails and my calls returned within the hour, even after I'd paid. Which is a rare thing these days.

A good customer experience with Upshift at a challenging time for the business. I have given them a high rating despite the fact that the estimated delivery time for my high value order went from 3-4 weeks to 8-10 weeks. Due to Covid the demand and interest in Sim Racing has exploded at a time when manufacturing and infrastructure to make and deliver those goods has been impacted in a way no one could foresee. Grounds for a very unhappy experience, but not in this case. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and honest at point of sale and then in regular contact throughout the extended period to apologies for the delay and explain the steps he was taking in a situation largely out of their control. A good example of how things should be done when it's not going quite how you planned.

Amazing service during a difficult time!

Jonathan stayed in touch throughout the process of my order (delays due to COVID) and I love my new setup.
