Upshift were extremely helpful and quick to answer all queries I had about the sim racing rig of which I was looking to purchase. Upon collection of the item, I was assisted even further in order to make sure I was getting what I wanted and what was best for me. TR8020
A while back i placed an order at UpShift for a Trakracer TR8020.
This rig looked very solid and professional, including a seat for a very reasonable price.
Jonathan from UpShift could answer all my questions, gave me great advice what would fit me the best, and it is obvious he knows what heis talking about. Nothing was too much to ask and i would definitely recommend UpShift to any one who is interested in SimRacing parts.
From the moment the packages arrived, i could tell Trakracer cared about its products and that it would arrive safely.
Building and adjusting the rig can be a challenge but i enjoyed the process. It is indeed very solid, strong and well engineered.
When it's finally set up as your liking, it's a joy to take place :)
I have no regrets whatsoever about Trakracer and UpShift. They both delivered as promised.

Extensive friendly advice on sim rig purchase from Chaz. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, delivery (although not technically Upshift) after sales correspondence and the product itself. If able to, they were even happy to advise on products that they didn’t stock when asked which I feel shows a genuine interest in the customer as opposed to just the sale. Made a purchase for a TR80 rig back in…
Made a purchase for a TR80 rig back in November. It finally arrives late December, with multiple parts missing. I contact Upshift immediately, no reply, 4 days later I contact them once again and they eventually reply stating they will organise replacement parts (22nd Dec).
30th Dec, I contact them once again having heard nothing. 4th Jan, I receive a reply staying they will chase it up. 12th Jan, I once again contact them having heard nothing. 14th Jan, I receive a reply asking for photographic proof of missing parts. I reply as asked.
29th Jan, "The replacement parts shall be in early next week, so expect them to yourself next week."
23rd Feb, I hear nothing and inform upshift of receiving no goods.
25th Feb, I contact upshift on Facebook having not received a reply. I receive a reply, they are unable to provide tracking or proof of postage and say they will send another one out
26th Feb, "Hi Ian, just a quick update, replacement set has been sent"
12th Mar, Still nothing, I confirm my address is correct, says they will send another one out in 3 days, still unable to provide proof of postage or tracking.
28th Mar, Still nothing, I contact Upshift on Facebook to remind them of my continued issue and threaten with Trading Standards. The reply is to finally provide a Hermes tracking number for a shipment, say: "wait a moment, you have no option but to report us to trading standards?

The conversation goes back to email whereby they say I should have contacted them sooner to report missing packages so they can raise a claim?? Then admit they do not send the packages but in fact liaise with the manufacturer to send them?

Impressive product, impressive company
Upshift processed and dispatched my order of the ButtKicker Gamer 2 in super fast time, and it arrived way quicker than I expected too.
It took a few YouTube videos to convince me to part with my cash for what appeared to be a bit of a gimmick. Something that might hang off my office chair while I save up for a proper sim cockpit. My sceptical view point soon changed after I'd configured the unit using SimHub software.
The ButtKicker Gamer 2 really does add a level of haptic feedback that you didn't know you were missing. The cliche less is more really does apply - it's better to configure the unit with a limited number of effects ensuring that the feedback from whatever you want to feel exists in it's own space on a frequency/volume spectrum.
Set it up right and you really can feel when a wheel is on a rumble strip, when the tyres are beginning to slip or lock up, and a satisfying clunk when you shift gear. All against a faint rumble of engine RPM through the seat.
I can't recommend either the company or the product highly enough. When I do eventually get round to purchasing the full rig, the ButtKicker will definitely stay!

Couldnt ask for a better service, spoke to Jono from sales and he gave me some great advice on not only my rig which he was selling me, but any other questions i had (monitors, computer) he had an answer and it was spot on, the man knows what hes talking about. FANTASTIC AFTER CARE, were still talking long after the build.
I WOULD STRONLY RECOMEND YOU TALK TO THESE CHAPS BEFORE ANY SIM BUILD, IT WILL SAVE YOU FORTUNES IN THE LONG RUN.

I wanted to upgrade my existing sim rig which was a playseat evolution, I came across the TRACK RACER TR8 which I instantly thought looked amazing, after doing my research of stockists I came across upshift and gentlemen called Jonathan who went above and beyond to answer all my questions even down to point of making sure I was ordering the correct seat and even rig, once my order was placed I was kept informed with tracking details and even a follow up email making sure I had received my product and making sure i was happy with my purchase. Jonathan was amazing and moving forward I will always purchase my sim racing products through up shift purely down to the top class excellent service I have received from Jonathan you won’t find anyone better to deal with if he can’t do something it just can’t be done what a proper top bloke.
