i bought R-PRO 80x40 Aluminium Profile Sim Rig with seat, the rig is great quality, but the seat is such poor quality, the tube inside has totally snapped, only bought in march.
totally unusable and waste of money, showed photos on forums and folk were stunned where it had broken

I cannot recommend or rate Upshift highly enough. I ended up contacting Upshift after a poor experience with a competitor (more so their courier). Jonathan personally looked after my order start to finish, constantly checking in and arranging delivery dates, etc. The rig itself is incredibly high quality, as is the hardware it comes with. Very easy to assemble with comprehensive instructions. I'll definitely be a return customer and recommend these guys to anyone looking for sim racing kit. 5 stars from start to finish.

If you're looking for a new race rig then look no further. Superbly made, extremely strong and really looks the part. Straightforward to put together thanks to detailed instructions supplied by Jonathan. Postage was quick and it's everything he said it was. This guy is all about the customer. Ordered an R pro sim rig. Got to say the service is first class. They noticed I lived local so emailed me that they could drop it off within 20 mins. Unfortunately I didn't receive the email until 7 hours after it was sent. Jonathan kept in touch with me through out the whole delivery. Even gave me shorter bolts to fit the seat. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous...

After what felt like an eternity researching a rig upgrade (moved from a Logitech G29 on a Playseat challenge, to a Moza R5 bundle which was almost rattling the Playseat to death), I settled on the R-Pro from Upshift.

5 stars doesn't convey how happy I am with the service from Upshift, Jonathan in particular. Nothing was too much trouble, all of my needy questions were answered in very comprehensive manner, incredibly polite and friendly too.

The rig was pretty simple to build, and along with Jonathan's support and guidance, the rig was up and running within a couple of hours. As for value, a 4080 rig, a seat and delivered for under £500 is an absolute bargain in my opinion.

If it doesn't come across clearly, I'm very happy and wholeheartedly recommend Upshift if you are in the market for any of their products.

I was looking to upgrade my playseat challenge and came across Upshifts R-pro rig, one of the reasons i chose this was due to cost, as compared to a lot of other profile rigs the cost was really competitive, and with added advantage of a small foot print and wheel plate height extenders, it made the choice very simple to me. Ordering and delivery was a very smooth process with great communication which was needed as i could change delivery date very easily.
Items received in good quality packaging and very easy to build. Still waiting to use it as i had to order a seat from a third party due to me not being able to fit in Upshifts own seats.

Amazing company to purchase from, needed a larger seat due to being a bit bigger and came back to me with alot of options. Ordered the R pro from them which arrived the next day with a physical indepth instruction manual.

Excellent company! Called to talk through the Asetek Invicta bundle. The owner spent a great deal of time with enthusiasm showing me the benefits of the products, compatibility and helping answer a bunch of questions. Absolutely recommend. Products arrived next day delivery. Very pleased :)

Spoke with Jonny over the period of 2 days validating that what I thought I wanted would give me the outcomes I needed. Not only did he spend that time and never made me feel rushed, he also made rock solid suggestions even including not buying components he was selling as it wouldn't work for my use case.

Long story short, wheelbase, mounting, wheel and spare QR ordered from Upshift and delivered less than 24 hours from ordering and worked fantastically alongside the pedals I was advised to purchase elsewhere. He could so easily have sold me the pedals from his stock but he did the right thing and that basically means upshift will be my first port of call for parts moving forward.

Brilliant from start to finish.

After initially narrowing down to two competing products from other companies, I discovered the Upshift R-Pro from a general web search. The price was naturally a factor and I was impressed with the detailed description. I spoke to Mike on web chat and I also asked if they did a shifter/handbrake mount.
Then I received an email from Jonathan who said if I bought the mouse plate that comes with a length of profile, that he'd also send me a Trakracer TR One shifter mount free of charge. This was very generous as it retails for at least £30.
I bought the rig, it arrived within a week. The build instructions are very thorough, you get extra bolts and bits if you need them and the rig itself is rock solid. I can't recommend this enough.

Excellent communication from Jonathon throughout and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure I got my delivery as soon as possible.

The customer service, pricing and overall experience has been a pleasure.

Ordered my sim rig. It arrived on time. It does, exactly, what it says "on the tin"! Very clear build instructions. This sim rig is, quite simply, brilliant. If you can't or don't want to spend big money on a zero flex, infinitely adjustable, good looking, expandable rig - then look no further!

Built in 2 hours. Everything fits. Gear mounted. Racing inside 3 hours from the start. 10/10 for this product.

The real test of a company is when things go wrong. I (and Upshift) got let down by a long manufacturers delay. They worked with me, gave good advice and supplied a great +probably better) alternative. Reducing the delay as best they could. So yes I'd recommend Upshift and will buy again in future. Customer service was really great! I had a small issue with delivery (nothing to do with upshift), and they where immediately on it. Emailing me back within 30 minutes! Really great place, would defiantly buy from here again :)

Excellent service before and during the simple purchase procedure. When the Buttkicker amplifier developed a fault, Jonathan’s help and support was a godsend. He swiftly diagnosed the fault and organised a replacement. I can’t thank UpShift and Jonathan enough for their support. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I messaged Upshift because they supplied Trak Racer rigs and after some conversation with Johnathan, I realised their showroom was only a short drive away.

Johnathan took time out (3 days before Christmas) to let me in the showroom and have a go at their setup because I wanted to try the TR160 out. He was friendly, helpful and extremely passionate about Sim Racing. After visiting the showroom I decided to buy the TR160, Johnathan kept in touch with me, kept me updated on everything (over Christmas) and when the pallet delivery (with my TR160 on) was delayed, he drove all the way to Southampton (from Newcastle) and collected my rig for me.

I would 100% recommend Upshift to family, friends or anyone getting into Sim Racing. His help, friendliness and willingness to get my rig has earned him a customer for life, I will definitely be coming to Upshift any any future purchases.
