Longtime repeat customer going back several years with zero prior issues. After a few months of not using it I opted to buy 1 month, but the usual credit card method now only lets you buy 3+ months and higher.

Paypal refused to work every time (which means Paypal has now blacklisted them - for good reason). So I was forced to use a different credit card vendor that made me jump through several hoops including requiring my phone number & taking ages to process payment.

Finally got premium but only lasted about 2 days before my account reverted back to Free, and was told the payment was reversed, despite me using the same credit card I'd used prior with no issues. I have no idea why this happened, other than because that new credit card vendor is dodgy-af.

Now they tell me that credit card option is no longer available to me and I can only use the main option, as long as I select to pay for at least 3 months (ain't frikkin happening, sweetheart) OR pay with Bitcoin. Also ain't happening, because Bitcoin is NOT refundable, so if anything goes wrong I lose my money.

So since I used Upstore last earlier this year, most of their legit payment providers have dropped them like a nasty habit, and they've gotten greedier and plain predatory. Their "free user slots" is an absolute LIE because it has NEVER ever worked, no matter how many days I wait or what time of the day I try.

After I pointed this out to customer support, they called me a "cheater" that's trying to use their service for free. Even though the so-called free slots feature is their own doing, not mine. They clearly do NOT value their longtime customers and only think of us as their personal cash pigs.

This site just doesn't work , try to download a not premium file as a free user and you will see. Postive review are bots or community manager

Absolute SCAM, do NOT submit yourself to these scam artists. They allow for ONE original free download so you feel everything is legit, then when you try again, you are sent through a FAKE continuous loop of captcha's and FAKE messages, like "It seems you did not wait 60 seconds of the Captcha loading, please start from the beginning". What a complete piece of art they are. I am going to report them to the authorities anyway for housing copywriting materials.

It does not instill a lot of confidence so why should I pay for their premuim. This screams scam.

Do not fall for their sharp practice. You will be able to download, but keep an eye on your c.c. statements. The continue to take them despite not asking them to. My cc company had to intervene to prevent further reductions. They also investigated them.

pretty much unusable as a free user and not worth the price for premium. it's a shame that people continue to upload there files here for some reason. seems to mostly be used for rips of webcam girls from what i can tell.

Disadvantages:
-There is some security issue that can get to your card and charge additional charges.
-I recommend making a loaded visa card to avoid scams.
-Put a small amount of money in your account and the rest in deposits so that hackers do not get your money and steal everything 😜

scam site, you will never be able to download

Endless captcha loop often. Sketchy payment issues month after month. There's countless free places to upload files, don't use this site even if it was the last on the internet.

Definitely stay away from this site. I made my payment with cyrpto and they told me that I sent incomplete and I need to send some more. I also asked for a refund, support did not respond. Thank God i didn't give my credit card.

Scam

They do not make clear that subscribing for a month will convince them that you want the service permanently and grab a refreshment payment from your card every month.

Trying to email their customer service about this means a SERIES of captchas that literally never ends. ( just to prove that you are as real as your credit card that they are making themselves at home with.)

I last used Upstore Premium in 2018. Download speeds were great back then. Today I resubscribed only to find out that download speeds have been cut down significantly. There are totally free filehosts with much higher download speeds than Upstore Premium. I recommend finding a good download manager program, queuing up the downloads you want, and letting the files trickle down to your computer overnight. Disappointing - I won't be coming back to this service after my subscription ends.

I was a bit skeptical because of all the 1-star reviews. But thankfully I didn't encounter any similar problems.

The download speeds are fine. I don't know what their speed limits are, but I can max out my 500Mbit connection.

As for buying a premium account, I suggest just using a card directly.
Do not use Paysera.

Positive parts:
- Payment was quick and easy. The account was instantly activated.

- I haven't encountered any deleted files, which should prove that they don't bend over to DMCA Takedowns (Very nice).

Negative parts:
- Paysera payment option. What a joke company. Really gave me a bad initial impression, since I tried that method first.

- Daily bandwidth limits. They have a daily cap of 20GB, which is awful for people with fast internet. I reach the cap in a few minutes, then I need to wait 24 hours to continue...
Also, this limitation is mentioned in the FAQ section. It's not mentioned while buying premium. Thankfully I read through the FAQ and was already aware. Otherwise, I would probably have been quite furious at them not mentioning such an awful limitation.

5 stars if they removed the bandwidth cap, or at least increased it to 100GB.

I don't know what happened. Upstore Premium, used to be amazing, and had unbelievable download speeds. It really made the subscription price worth it.

I want to say for the past several weeks, Upstore has been on the fritz, and it doesn't matter if you have Premium account, as it seems you may as well be downloading without it, due to how slow the speeds are now.

When I say slow, I mean slow. Like 10kb a second speeds, and you have to be kidding me. At most someone else mentioned remarkably you can download maybe one file a day at Premium download speed, which is what you paid for, but any other files you download for the entire day will be slow, but that's not guaranteed, as it seems any file you try to download will give you hiccups and slow speeds. I also noticed some really strange stuff. I'll download a file and right when it's nearly finished, and it gets to the last few megabytes it has, it goes to an extremely slow speed like 5kb and yeah.

If Upstore doesn't fix this issue soon, I will cancel my subscription, as this is such a shame how all of a sudden this happened.

Premium lets you download one file at high speed and then everything else you try to download within the next few hours or so is around 100-200kb/sec. So typically I can get a file I want within thirty seconds and after that it takes a couple of hours for the next one. Trash company and website, stay away

I was very skeptical at first with all the one-star reviews, but it seems that most of those reviews are from free users who haven't upgraded to being premium users. Granted free users are limited to 1kbps speeds which is ridiculous but you get what you pay for in the end.
There is also an FAQ page that is hidden in the bottom row of the page that answers most of people's problems(especially no.8). Overall, download speeds are good unless it's high traffic time. 20GB per day is a good amount IMO and I strongly recommend keeping note of when the subscription would end as it is a recurring payment and to cancel it before then.

They were down yesterday, probably for maintenance. This service has been working perfectly ever since.

Upstore cares about password security because they send you a password so that you can not choose a weak one, like I usually do.

I am finding that the speeds are slower than what I am used to >.<
