they thiefs, they took from me 2 times 25 euro, and block my accounts, then they lie that its bank bloked, then say that russian language but not from russia..then asked for mastercard photo, i shoot photo and send, and then they go away and blocked my ip..another site camgirlvideo who share video chat videos in upstore..i think this is one people, couse u cant downlaod videos...u push pip.bz shorten link when download video, then should redirect on upstore...but redirect on google pip.bz › downl.ink › Google..so all people in all world, can download normaly videos..or can download 10 times per day..then captchas and redirect to google...so they thiefs, then take money but dont allow to download videos.then ban ip..then delete history ticket our conversation. they have rgistered on cyprus fake company, they have fake icq..and fake robot telephone..su u can contact only when registering accaount..and when u ask for money back 50 euro, they everytime ban ip and delete account.

Here mostly stolen web-videos are hosted by different platforms which are protected by the actors with copyright. All users of upstore.net are warned that the download of these videos by the performers will be prosecuted.

Clearly Upstore and Xubster are in some death spiral attempting to glean credit card data. Any attempt to register and purchase a membership with either site results in a 'Security Failure... Please send us a photo copy of both sides of your credit card'. Yeah right.

Probably the original Upstore and now Xubster are winding down operations and are merely attempting to make one last attempt to steal as much as they can.

I accidentally registered another e-mail on this site, bought a month VIP premium and then forgot my password. I tried to restore it, but I realized only later that the email I entered was different from mine.
I asked the technical support (sending 6 e-mails and opening 2 tickets) to change my e-mail so as to get me into my account, but no answer (I doubt they will ever answer). I bought a VIP month a few hours ago and I only used it for a few minutes.

The problem is not how much I spent, the problem is that I know that they will never respond and then I will have to block my credit card because these THIEF will RECHARGE 11$ EVERY MONTH.

Please, report UPSTORE.NET TO AUTHORITY.
They're ruined my day and my holiday.

Hello! Please, if you really intend to use them for a short term, do advise you to use a secondary bank account with just sufficient money to pay for your plan or make sure to cancel that awful automatic monthly subscription. If you choose the 1 month or 3 months period, it will become a recurring plan without any notice as a so called eternal premium...!!! They indeed mention it somewhere, but with very poor visibility, under the data for your bank card when you make your online payment... You can miss it easily and, personally, I consider this a scam of sorts. Too bad... The DMCA issues are another aspect, but not my cup of tea. Cheers, S

Too limited on download - Have only 20 GB / day not worth the money I paid ! Bad experience with them after got few times IP banned there !

I can't get through the DMCA reporting form to ask the to remove my copyrighted material. All of my content is DCMA protected and they continue to steal it as I record and refuse to remove it. Going to go directly through DCMA and have them try to remove it. W"Ould be wiling to make an arrangement to revenue share and have asked via emails that also get ignored. Shamefull.

Steals content, posts thumbnails and resells stolen content, all without the consent of the owner. DMCA form is deliberately broken. Lets you post a form and asks for Captcha that never works. Harms privacy of subjects (e.g. webcam performers). Links and buttons don't behave as promised.

I wonder howcome a site like this can remain for so many years. The site should be blocked by authorities worldwide and the management should be trialled and jailed.

I will not inform them in my name about this review as I'm not sure what they are able to do: they are true blue criminals.

Throughout the last several years, I have been a customer of Upstore. Recently, I got a 3 month subscription to the site and was charged by Upstore for said 3 months. About 3-4 days into my subscription, I was blocked from using Upstore. I contacted Upstore about this and was told they didn't see any new subscription for me even though my bank has a record of Upstore charging me. Now because I have stirred the waters, Upstore has even blocked me from logging in (with login password Upstore gave me) to see any correspondences.

I highly recommend not using this site since they are all about getting money and not allowing you to upload/download. Their customer service sucks and if you decide you want to take a chance on this site, be prepared to be disappointed. Don't waste your money!

I recommend taking this just for a month, it's very useful just to collect a massive amount of vids.
Also, for security reasons, do not give your real name and address, and use a debit card that has no money on it. I have one that I recharge just the right amount I need for the transaction, so I'm sure I won't get scammed.

I regret using upstore.net.. It led to viruses, malware, spyware; some of which wasn't even detected by my existing anti-virus software till it was too late. Also, download files are often broken, or not what they claim to be for you may even end up with illegal content you never wanted for all you know! They kept charging my credit card despite my never authorizing it, and I had to fight for months to get a charge-back (it seems like they save CC details for future unauthorized use). This site doesn't even follow DMCA protocol, as all of their claim forms are broken, making it impossible to remove your stolen content. Do not trust this site at all.

Made a one time payment, then later found out it was recurring. Difficult to navigate to account and cancel.

Shady site, looks like they're saving all your credit card data for later charges! I made a one-time cc payment to download some pornos from them. Month later I've found out they're charging my card again! Nowhere was I told it'd be recurring.
Download-wise, it's ok, speed is fine and subscription worked whole month as promised.

Update: got the money successfully back 2 months later via chargeback process.

Poor customer service. Creating an account requires an email address. You can use any email address you want, even someone else's. This happened to me. Someone used my email address. When I asked their customer service to remove my account, they ignored me. After multiple requests to remove my account, my account is still active, an account that I didn't ask for

they deceive with promises of 'high speed' and unlimited downloads etc..

instead, with my 130mb broadband speed, I get 1mb downloads and a daily download cap for quite an expensive fee !

seriously? that's fraud. they are lucky they are a russian based company.

I will be more careful in the future.. that said, they hosted specific files that I needed so otherwise I wouldn't have gone with them.

oh, and yeah they don't tell you that its a subscription, but you can change this setting so that it won't renew*

would have been funny if they did, a nice call to my bank and they would have had a nice day. Heck, I could still call my bank and say they didn't offer the service and get my money back, but not worth my time.

I paid to use Upstore for one month as a trial........ little did I know that they set an automatic renewal called "eternal premium" which keeps taking money out of your account, without you knowing.
When I discovered that the money had been going out for 2 months after my trial month, I requested a refund but this was refused.
The company stated that the T&Cs were clear about the Eternal premium and the fact that you can unsubscribe at any time.
I have only ever received one email from them with my login details and the first payment... no further confirmation of following payments was ever received.
Please stay clear of this company, poor customer service and questionable practices with regards to payment processes.

Upstore is a scam. DO NOT TRUST your personal information with upastore. If i can say one thing its that you should find another file sharing service and not one that is overseas with absolutely NO customer support. This company is a scam dont do it!
