I ordered two dresses from this website. After requesting a return, I was asked to consider a credit instead due to the high cost to ship to China. I don't understand why we have to return the package to China when it was delivered from a NJ address. Anyway, the company tried to verify if I used the size chart correctly, as if that would change my return options. When I reminded them of their return policy of "without an explanation", I was finally given instructions and a return shipping address. After paying the cost for international shipping, I followed up with an email asking when I should expect my refund. The company asked me to provide the tracking number. A few days later, I received the returned package in the mail with a "recipient refused package" notice. I will never again order from this company.

I thought i was ordering Hey Dude Shoes for my daughter and I paid for the fastest shipping option and the shoes weren't received until a few weeks after Christmas. The shoes received were cheap Chinese Knock-offs...

The clothes was beautiful and feels wonderful, The shipping sucks, needs to be be told allowed 6 weeks for delivery. I was told up to 14 days. Tracking items was hard for a 65 yr. Old woman

Product was not how it looked on the picture & it runs small

Ordered A ball cap it came in cellophane & plastic, not a box. The hat was crushed and damaged. I tried to put it back into shape but it has creases.

I paid 60+dollars for some shoes that did not fit!! They were suppose to be a size 11 women's 11. This was the worse experience and I see no way to send them back from the site!! I ordered these shoes last year or some time this website should deleted. I was going to cancel the shoes because it was taking so long then I came to the conclusion they were coming from China.

Great I enjoy the shopping online I would like to see if there's a up style store

You won't be able to returned anything, I order a sweatshirt even though I followed their size chart it was too small, I was offered a refund off 50% of the cost of the item and keep it, plus coupons for further shopping, to me it doesn't make sense to keep something that it doesn't fit. Customer service is terrible. Don't shop from this website not worth it :(

Send what people order. Yaw clothes look nothing like what yaw send. Your horrible. The worse.

Shoes cam at the wrong time, and shoes wasn't the right size.
