Ordered some Birkenstock clog shoes for a Christmas gift. They were fakes and fell apart on the first time wearing them. Waste of money. Should have researched the company beforehand.

I ordered multiple items from this company, back in February. I got a notification that two packages would be shipping with my items. One package arrived, finally, and was not exactly like the picture but I was like whatever. The second package has yet to arrive and when I ask the company, I get an email that says "please be patient". I am NOT sure that I will ever get my package and now that I have emailed them asking for a refund on the items not received CRICKETS! DO NOT order from this site!! Not pleased at all!

I contacted upustyle regarding Superfeet insoles that I purchased last year. The items shipped to me are obviously cheap counterfeit knockoffs. I requested a full refund and a mailing label to return them. Upustyle offered an insulting 15% refund. Selling counterfeit products is a criminal offense. Upustyle has affectively ignored my request to address this problem.

Not what I ordered. Not made of good quality. Not worth the money. False advertisement.

I did not receive a quality product and got no help with the problem. I won't order again.

i have had my pair of birk clog dupes for almost 4 months now and I LOVE THEM. the shipping did take a few weeks but i had already anticipated that. when they arrived and i opened them it smelt horrid! like a weird sharpie carshop chemical odor that was strong but by the following day the odor was gone. They look almost IDENTICAL to the real thing from the color to the quality i had to look up so many pictures of the real ones and took about 20mintues analyzing and second guessing if they sent me the real thing lol i want to order them in every color and backup ones of these i also like they seem a little wider than the original ones. i do not have wide feet they're actually a bit narrow however it just feels more relaxed that way. i wont like they can get a bit uncomfortable walking in them for like periods of time but honestly i've had the originals and they're honestly just as uncomfy to me too.

Go straight to your credit card company to dispute charges when this happens: Complete Scam/cheap unusable product/Return Policy A Lie. I ordered shoes. What arrived 6 weeks later looked like the photos on the site but were made of some sort of cheap, flimsy, synthetic fabric with design incapable of staying on my feet. Shoes fit…would not stay in my feet. Posted Return policy ignored. They offered a 15% refund if I keep. $72.00 purchase? That’s a hard “no.” I offered to return to the NYC return address on the package…not a real address have to return to China. Ok, says me, I will pay 15% of shipping and you refund me. Nope. They offered 30% refund. Nope says me-I will pay 30% of shipping and you give me 100% refund. No dice. I finally said, look I will pay the shipping -I want a refund…and they never communicated again.
After this review posted they responded. How can they possibly know who I am? I did not use the correct dates, no order number, I used a new name for this review. And there is not a message from them in my inbox/spam/trash/NADA. More BS and Rip-Off-Ery. Trying to look good when they stink. For the love of GOD save your money and avoid these con artists!

I am in need of a refund for a pair of wedding shoes that are huge on the heel. I have to go through another company to find a pair that fit for the wedding. I keep receiving emails offering different amounts that I can get back for a shoe that is worthless to me. I am asking for a full refund not 10% not 35% and not 50%. I need a 100% refund in order to buy another pair of shoes.

I ordered Birkenstock clogs and received imitation ones shipped from China. The company refused to reimburse my money and were uncooperative.

I never received my order. I was supposed to be resent. I’ve heard nothing from the company despite send several emails. I believe this is a scam.

I don't want to join. Cancel my whatever this is and don't try to take my money again or I will have my lawyer call you.

I have been waiting since January to get my items. Package was supposedly delivered but I never received it. Notified yesterday that the sending of replacement is now on it’s way and a tracking number given but let’s see if I actually get it this time. Site stated it was Macy’s. Used their star logo even and it was a wearhouse sale. Should have figured with the prices it wasn’t Macy’s but someplace overseas. Not holding my breath that I will ever receive the package. While they offered to return the money it was only going to be at 80% because “it cost them money to send it”. This is definitely a buyer beware company. Will never order from them again. Poor service.!
It is now April 3, 2023. i was sent a tracking number again mid March. The company supposedly re-sent the items i ordered and i still have received nada! For those of youwho did receive your items lucky you! But then after readibg the reviews onthe quality of the products maybe I'm glad i didn't receive my order as it would probably go straight to the rag bag.

Terrible business practice. Wouldn’t accept returns and then ghosted me whenni tried to pursue.
