I received the door I requested and upvcdoors delivered on time .I was very impressed with the way it locked and sealed in the frame and was just what I wanted the door with frame was a brilliant price and the person I dealt with very helpful 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I sent my order in. Then they rang the double check everything was OK. It took 6 weeks from order to delivery. There customer service is great.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, unhelpful, save yourself the bother we've had and spend your money elsewhere. Job was measured wrong and the catalogue of issues that followed would fill a small book, 18 months on and still not fixed to our satisfaction

They answered my questions but the local rated number cost me £5.56 for 10 minutes. Sorry shady policies at the first step means I go no further.

I found UPVCDoor very easy to deal with, pricing was competitive, placed the order and then received a follow up phone call to discuss the order and ensure all elements were correct. I found this very useful and was really happy the company took the time to do this. I was also given an accurate estimate of delivery. Prior to delivery and within stated timescales i was contacted to advise of delivery and any special delivery notes i wished to add. `I did provide additional instructions and was really happy with the delivery person who was aware and took purposeful action to follow the agreed notes. Again first class service all round. I would whole heartedly recommend UPVCDoor to friends, family and anyone considering placing an order.

Communication excellent and staff were very thorough when ordering. This was my second time using this company and I would have no hesitation in dealing with the company again.

Ordered a new uPVC door to replace an existing wooden one that was falling to pieces. Easy to select the type of door I wanted, enter the necessary sizes and select the glazing. Received a call soon afterwards advising of the usual lead times for manufacture and delivery (at the time, I was looking at it being up to 10 weeks). Was kept informed throughout the process and actually received the door 5 weeks after ordering, quicker than expected. The door is solid, well-made and sized exactly as specified. Came complete with handles, lock and a fitting kit. A very happy customer.

Ordered online, all very easy to do and very clear that it will be 5 to 15 days for delivery. Received a confirmation email confirming 5 to 15 days, then a phone call the following Monday saying it would be 10 to 12 weeks. I cancelled my order, but they can't return my money for 4 working days, of course!
