Ordered online, good communication delivered quicker than expected. Fitted perfectly and good value for money. Delivery driver very helpful.

I needed a good quality but not overpriced side door for my garage, I am very happy with the build quality and support from this company, even the delivery was excellent placing the door in the rear of my property made things a lot easier for me. I had a problem with a fault in the yale lock however there were no issues getting support and with a bit of detective work we managed to fix the lock, however the company was only to happy to provide a replacement if necessary (even a locksmith if i needed it). It is good to see high quality parts being fitted despite the problem i had, Yale are usually excellent. Additionally the door comes with sealant and concrete screws even some packers.

Payment taken and received email confirmation stating that order would be fulfilled within 3 weeks. Waited 3 weeks and got in contact as had heard nothing! Was told it would take a further 8-10 weeks - appalling!! No communication, no apology, very poor service!!

I ordered a new front door in June and was told it would take around 7 weeks due to lockdown. Fair enough. 10 weeks later I was chasing it up so I was starting to think this was a dodgy company. I have to admit though, the door turned up and I fitted it myself and it's great, especially for the price. Door mechanics are lovely and smooth with no hideous clunking noises. The delivery guy was very polite and professional so despite the extra time waiting I'm happy. Would honestly buy from these guys again

Would advise caution when buying from this company.
Recently bought a door from them which was duly delivered and stored in the packaging in the garage awaiting installation. I was not advised by the delivery driver to remove the door from the packaging and inspect the product. Installation was carried out a week later and on opening the packaging I discovered the PVC surrounding the hinge had been damaged. I called this out to the company on the next day and asked for a replacement hinge and was told that all defects needed to be reported within 3 days and not 8 days! I was stunned. A replacement hinge costs a mere £40 and they insisted that I should pay. They mentioned that this was covered by their standard terms of business on the internet which I eventually tracked down and buried in the small print discovered. I have never come across a company who expects defects to be reported in such a short period and I was not made aware of this important requirement or would have checked on delivery! It is really poor customer support and my satisfaction with this company has been severely dented by the subsequent attitude and lack of interest this company has shown in fixing my fairly simple problem! All in all very disappointing!

Bought a door and a window from this company. I was quite nervous buying things like this off the internet but i shouldnt have been concerned. As long as you measure correctly, you will be fine. The items were extremely good quality and fit perfectly. David at UPVCDOOR was incredibly helpful even after we had the items delivered and returned my call when he said he would. We will be buying another door very soon from this company. Great prices, great quality and free delivery to Anglesey from Scotland!
