My phone stopped working three weeks after I received it. Was told I could have my money back then told I couldn’t. They have repaired the phone and sent it back after weeks of arguing about it and now I have no faith in this company and wish I had never purchased it.

Very good experience. arrived within 48 hrs of shipping. Phone in pristine condition but I went for the best condition one. New battery fitted and so far has long life. Includes 1 year warranty. Would definitely recommend!

UR received my iphone on 6th April and processed it the same day. Not only did they reduce the amount they initially offered by A LOT but it is now 28th April and I still haven't received my money. Terrible service and I will never be using it again. I recommend you all use a different service if you want to get your money sooner or receive your money altogether as I am starting to worry it will never be transferred.

Fantastic condition and extremely fast delivery

Do not sell to this company. I sent my phone to them, as they were the highest offer. I didn't mind that they took a few extra days to pay compared to others, but now it's been 20 days since I accepted their confirmed offer.

They're meant to pay in 7 days. I chased them on the 7th day, and I was given an excuse that they're really busy and there's a delay of up to 7 days with their payments.

Despite them clearly knowing this, they hadn't bothered to proactively update me.

It has now been another 12 days, and still no money. I had an email saying they're still having delays. Despite these delays there's been no offer to compensate me for the time I've been waiting.

Clearly they either don't have the money, and are trying to buy time.

I have emailed them demanding payment, and been ignored. They currently have my phone, and my (almost) £400.

Sell elsewhere. Currently feels like I've been scammed.

EDIT: Within a couple of hours of posting this review, I was contacted by UR and the payment is now in my account. The person who contacted me was professional and did exactly what she promised (Wendy), but it should have never gotten to this point in the first place.

Took far too long to resolve however eventually received payment for my phone and courtesy of a phone call to apologise.

Phone as described, a little more damage to the case that I expected but still in good condition. Arrived promptly, phone works well.

The phone arrived quickly and it was as pristine as expected. Very good for the price.

Do not use this company. No payment, avoid. Seeking legal action

Don’t not recommend selling your mobile phone to this company! I’m still waiting for payment after 14 days. I’m now seeking legal advice! The 5 star reviews are from people buying phones not selling them which is the trap I fell into.

I sent Ur my phone back in March after they gave a good price for my device on a comparison site. Like others, the price actually offered was considerably lower, even though my device was in the condition stated.
Even so, I eventually accepted an offer from Ur. I received a confirmation email saying payment would be made within 7 working days. Seven working days came and went, and still nothing. I ended up sending 3 chasing emails before I received an update saying I would need to wait another week. Unsurprisingly, another week has been and gone and still no payment and no update. I have also requested the complaints procedure but customer services has not sent this to me. I've asked for the complaints procedure again in writing, but no response as of yet.

WARNING THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD! Sent my iPhone to sell, agree the reduced price. Stated payment would be 7-14 days, they staled. Clearly cannot make payment, potentially selling my device before paying the owner. FRAUD!
