Phone thieves!

Phone thieves!! Recycled my phone with UR. I was told on 30th March that my payment would be processed within 7 days. I've chased multiple times and still no payment made and it's now April 25th. I've asked for my phone back and told they won't send it. They have breached the agreement and I'm in process of reporting to Ombudsman and companies house, as they have stolen my phone and I still have no money and no confirmation payment will be made. Completely disgusting way to do business.

So far so good! Refurbished iPhone 12 is like new. Present for daughter and she’s over the moon with it. All working as it should be and is the high quality you’d expect from an iPhone

Not received the funds

I had sent my phone in & on the 4th of April i accepted the price & i have still not received the money in my bank! I have emailed several times & just keep being told there is a delay ect & not to worry. I am now concerned that i will never receive my payment.

Absolutely disgusting service had to…

Absolutely disgusting service had to chase for 3 weeks for payment when they told me 1 week had my phone for 4 weeks in total had to chase them for payment everyday to be told they are really busy and payments have been down told them if that is tge case send my device back got told cant do that as I accepted the offer fi ally paid the money owed will never use these again

Bought a refurbished iPhone from UR.co.uk through Back Market. It came in excellent condition, works really well, and I’m very happy with it. The price was reasonable too. Thank you!

It’s been three weeks I sold the phone…

It’s been three weeks I sold the phone to them and still I haven’t received the payment in my account even thought it says 7 to 10 working days seriously such a poor service providing to the customer. I will definitely escalate this issue regarding this company.
