Very quick delivery. Recieved the phone within 2 days of purchase. The phone is in immaculate condition. With 89% battery health which I am very pleased with. Very good price for the product recieved.

Very poor service! Avoid at all costs and use a different company. Sent iphone 12, typically revised the offer to less than 50% offer. Once accepted new offer, told to wait 7 working days. Its now been 17 working days and still no payment despite repeated emails and being told there are delays with payment team. False advertisement about payment within 7 working days. Unable to keep to their own terms and conditions. Many other reviews with similar problems. Don’t expect to be paid the advertised price or within several weeks+.

Do not use this company! Poor customer service, no updates , takes ages reply to any email. If I could give a no star I would!

The phone is very good the only thing is if your buying an apple device for the first time it takes a lot of time to set up and account and is very hard to figure out how to do that other than that it’s very good

Great condition

Offered around 600 for a iPhone which I declared as uses. Sent it off. They claimed it had marks and deep cuts (it didn't) and offered almost half the price instead. They revised the offer two times but both times they were not close to what they offered online.
Honestly a waste of time. I had to call up to chase the phone to be sent back too.

Honestly, do not even bother trying to send them your phone. They offer the best amount but then use false claims to justify a giant reduction in price. Do not even give them the time of day.

I have used this company before about 2 years ago and found them to be reliable however on this occasion they were not! I appreciate that all of these companies haggle on the price they actually offer but the reasons they gave were not all valid and the offer dropped form £60 to £20. We agreed on £30 & then I had to wait and wait and wait for the payment. They claim they will pay in 7-14 working days & having chased them up on day 14, they eventually paid, on day 16!

At this point all good! Arrived on time looks good but haven’t set up phone yet

No real complaints, came as how I wanted it 👍
