Absolutely dire…….no instructions or guide whatsoever,I had to e mail for the same. States on the advertising,made for two,that would be two babies hands…… refund policy states the package has to be completely intact,and proof of receipt. Jump through 10,000 hoops before receiving said refund………would not not give any stars.

Terrible experience with this brand. Package was delayed by at least 2 weeks. Had to source our own bucket which was fine but just a nuisance. There were NO instructions at all and no gloves as stated that it came with online. Just says mix with water but how much????? Total scam. DO NOT BUY!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Placed an order and NEVER received it. There is no contact number. No address. You can only send an email and you will NOT receive a response. I filed a report with my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

The item arrived without any instructions on how much water to mix either packets. I researched and used the amount I found online. The not customer service dept offered a 20% for a product that I cannot use. The item clearly states the instructions are included. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

This company is a scam. They took my money. They never sent me my item. This is very poor customer service. They need to be banned from even trying to sell things. I will be reporting them to the better bureau cuz this is ridiculous. Ridiculous!!!

DON’T BUY! THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE PRODUCT! Paid on March 15th, today, May 23th, no product no refund, no news, apart from an email from their customer service that says they will update me soon (this week… next week… in 3 days), without obtaining nothing. I will spread it around the internet.

I will never use this company again. I ordered something a April 20th something and still nothing. They are so slow. I can't even track my package. So they probably just kept my money. I'll never buy this product or nothing from this company ever again

1 of the worse casting besides the 1 I got off Temu. The package was delayed by almost a month and they didn't want to give me a refund back. They keep saying the will give me discounts on my next purchase even doe I haven't received my 1st purchase. Finally I get a package from them. It's those small molding kit with nothing more than a small piece of sandpaper, a small pack of molding and casting. NO instructions and when I reached out to them about the small package no hear from yet. So I went to Google and asked on the measurement. So I went with the most reasonable one for every 100g us 60 grams or water. The mode set after 6 minutes and was tuff to remove hands even after applying baby oil on my hands and my wife. Then I mixed the casting 30g for every 100g. The water did not even fill up the mold half wat and we use a cylinder that barely covered our hands. We waited 3 hours and the ending results was botched. Please NEVER buy. If Facebook advertise and the rating are high u should know it's to good to be true. This produce just killed hopes of me purchasing anything every again from small companies like uraona and temu. Should of known u get what u pay for. Not everything is meant to be a deal.

Although it took 9 days, I did receive it. I will say that when I emailed customer support, they responded saying it was on the way. I received the order, but there were no gloves or instructions as stated on the website. I have no clue how to use this product. I did email them with this complaint and waiting on a response.

there aren't any precise instructions for using product. Just says mix with water, with no measurements. wasted whole order because it started setting to fast before adding enough water??

I just received my order from Uraona. I ordered it in mid March. It showed up without gloves or instructions in the bag. It looks nothing like on the website. I haven't used it yet but I'm already not happy with order.

Scam....do not order from them. Sent some bogus tracking number.

Ordered 3/25/25. It’s now 4/9/25 still no package. These guys ship from China. Don’t order unless you want it delivered with the timeliness of the pony express. It’s 2025, not 1825.

Can’t be mad at myself for ordering twice. Cancel the first order because it literally never shipped after a month. Missed my girlfriend birthday and looked like a fool. So I decided to order again because I like the concept. It’s been almost 5days with no shipping updates. Even if it does eventually show up, I’ll give it zero stars. No updates, horrible shipping/tracking information. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

comes from aliexpress, they send you an email a few days after ordering that something went wrong at airport and it will take a bit longer.

So better just order it there for cheaper
