If you want to have a wonderful stay without any problems this is the right choice. The location is exactly as in the pictures, central and clean, and the staff is at your disposal with anything you need. It is definitely one of my options, I will stay again soon.

The location os just amazing.

I had business down in London and booked this hotel. Unfortunately, on the day the business was cancelled. I contacted the reservations team (James) and asked for a move in date. Whilst they couldn't supply a move, they offered their partnered hotel for an additional fee.

I couldn't accept due to the location difference, and when requesting a full refund, James was nothing but helpful. Talking me through the process and offering support where needed.

A credit to the team, the hotels and was fantastic. I'm so pleased I am intending on only using this hotel when I am next down in London throughout the year.

Amazing location, spotless, and soundproofed brilliantly. Would stay again any time!

The apartment was perfectly located for our needs and right on the river. It was spacious, well equipped and clean but above all it was the personal service we received that stood out. Nothing was too much trouble and having a real and pleasant person to contact who acted on our query immediately was an absolute treat compared to other bad experience we have had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everybody,
