We came in the middle of the night and the self check in was easy and comfortable. The apartment was just perfect! Cozy, comfortable, clean, it had everything we needed. The location was just perfect!! I would recommend this apartment and I’m sure we’ll be back. Thank you for everything!

Such poor service from Urban Stays (London). Beautiful Native appartment (Urban Stays are an Agent so don't own Native appartements; however Urban Stay ansaphone/mailbox always full, the operating Agent during working hours takes messages but no one calls back. There is no way of getting hold of the Manager of Assistant to liasie with. I have been trying for 7 days to resolve an issue, with limited response. I will book direct in future and not use Urban Stays.
I appreciate the response below but have been trying to resolve this for 10 days. Please respond on the outcome tomorrow

The stay was comfy, the facility they provide is awesome. Would like to visit again. Free wifi, good view and delicious food. Everything was good and i also made a new friend there who was my neighbour. He was from Paris and next month I will be traveling to Paris

My wife and I relocated to London last month and stayed in one of Urban Stay's modern flats near Monument and were suitably impressed. It was clean, comfortable, had elevator access to the top floor, and was exactly what we needed for our London introduction!

Owed this review for our stay from some time ago. really beautiful, bright and well kept flat. had the sun shining into the kitchen and eating area in the morning, and amazing sunsets over an avenue of West London through treetops in the evening. great location for Notting Hill adventures right at the doorstep. Many thanks for a really great stay!

Incredible location, beautiful flat and outstanding customer service. Would really recommend booking if you can just a stroll from Portobello Market.

Went on a business trip to London and booked with Urban Stay directly. The flat was clean and had what I needed as a self containing accommodation. I booked this last-minute and everything went smoothly. Can recommend these guys.

I stayed for a week at London City with my daughter at the beginning of the month. The booking process was excellent. There was always someone available to deal with any booking queries that I had.

I was able to check in to my apartment with no issues. My apartment had everything I needed, it was clean, modern, and warm. I did not have to call the out of hours team one time (and I have in previous apartments I had stayed in). If I could, I would have extended my stay. Excellent service, I would definitely book again!!

I stayed at Urban Stay Shard View Apartments. Modern, welcoming, light & bright and cleverly put together. The location is great as well. I will be keeping this apartment on my favourites for future trips to London!
