Item broke after six months, not fit for purpose. Contacted customer services but given outside 30 days so not help offered.

I ordered the bicycle bell. Waited as the other reviews say a long time. The bell is just a little on the quiet side for my purposes as pedestrians with busy traffic bridge I ride not abvle to hear it 50% of thetime. Borderline. So I asked about return! Guess what: their policy is to offer refund if you return the item to Malaysia at your expense. Not sure what their policy is on all the other items they sell is but BEWARE! I was "taken".

I placed an order for 2 bicycle bells on May 4th. It's now July 27th and they never arrived. That's 13 weeks. The tracking information I was provided showed something had shipped at one point, and now when I try to look up tracking it just says "No Data".

I have no idea if/when they will actually arrive. I ended up doing a chargeback with my credit card company and will purchase some bells elsewhere.

I bought specifically from this site because it looked like they were shipping from the US, but it seems the website is a front for Alibaba/AliExpress products that ship from the same place they would if you purchased directly on Alibaba.

I had paid $38 USD for 2 bells. I could have bought 2 of the exact same product on Aliexpress for $12.63 USD total including shipping, but didn't want to wait for shipping from China.

Also, all the positive reviews here look fake AF.

I finally received my items after 60 days.
Their was still no response from them of my inquiry of May 26.
The company needs to up their game with better customer service communication and quicker delivery times.
The items are as ordered.
I will not order from them again due to the lack of communication and excessive delivery times.

Don't buy anything from them they don't offer a repair or replacement when an item is broken... Bad service

I ordered a product about a year ago and that was a really good experience. I ordered another product last January and it is still to arrive (it is now mid May). Contacted them frequently over FB messenger and they do respond, but no explanation on why the order is delayed so much. I do believe it is probably something they are trying to fix, but I don’t believe in being dishonest with your customers. Will never order again from this company.

Goods never arrived. I got an email with a tracking number, but that tracking number is unknown to Royal Mail. Emailed twice, no response.
UPDATE: I did get a response when I opened a case with PayPal to refund my money! The goods came from China and took 6 weeks to arrive, at which point they appeared on the tracking. According to that, there was a two week delay between receiving my "your order is on its way" email, and the goods actually being dispatched from China. I can't access my office building right now to check the goods, so can't comment on the quality yet.

Bad experience, i never received my order for 2 months and they don't answer me when i email them.

Company seems to have gone under - no communication and no order 3 months later. Facebook page i ordered from has been deleted.

Similar negative experience to others. Ordered several items, received a confirmation & tracking number. A shipping label was created March 6 & everything is at a standstill since then. I have called (Got recording saying they cannot answer), & written 2 emails asking what is going on. No answer. I’m about ready to call my credit card company & try to get a credit. I would never order from this co. again.

I ordered several items back in Jan 20, received an email regarding delay of shipment a few days later, March now, still no sign of goods arriving and no reply received from various mails sent asking for update, even with tracking number. Trying now just to get refund.

I ordered 2 Comfy Hangers from Urban and Hawk in early January and thought I would see them within 2 weeks. I shortly received an email stating this product was out of stock but was given a date when they would have more and I would then receive my order. Since then despite two emails from me to their customer service people none has been received. Their customer service people must give everyone the same story that the product is in transit and would shortly arrive but this never happens. I would never order from that company again and I urge others to do the same.

In December (11th) I ordered a horn for my bicycle. I have continuously received emails saying it’s coming up to the end of January 2020, no information in February anymore.

Ordered an item, received an order confirmation and then that the item was sent with an order tracking number. One week later I recieved an email that the item was not in stock and would be sent in 3 weeks, 4 weeks later no item or information. Of to paypal resolve...

Early December my husband ordered a horn for his bicycle. We have continuously received emails saying it’s coming. This company is the most deceitful online shopping we have ever experienced. Do not appreciate their business tactics.

i ordered my items six weeks before i plan to travel.
I got told I would definitely receive it beforehand.
Then received an email the items were sent two weeks later.
Now get an email the items are not available and won’t receive them for another 3 Weeks.

Too late Urban and Hawk. I will be overseas.

I wouldn’t trust them.
I will update you all if I don’t receive a refund.

Thank you so much, Urban & Hawk! The comfy hanger is adaptable and totally suitable for an adult like me, who travels frequently. It aimed at improving sleep, comfort, and did an outstanding job with my back pain, swollen thighs, neck support, etc. Plus, it’s quite easy to use!! It's one of the things that I never forget to carry with me on my trips now. Very impressive!

Urban & Hawk, your fire blanket replaced the fire extinguishers we used to place on the kitchen walls. I purchased it last month and haven't got the chance to use it, hopefully, I never will. But, it's good to have a piece of mind. 5 stars.

I ordered the MaximalX bell. Delivery took a long time. The bell itself was a cheap looking product. The silicon ring and the silicon insert inside is of an abominable quality. After mounting the bell on my bike, the screw appeared to be too long and damaged my bar. I tried to contact Urban &Hawk for at least 4 times, but they completely ignore my emails. I found the same bell on Chinese websites. I wonder if Urban &Hawk really is a US company.
I really don't trust them anymore.
They are just after your money for cheap and bad products.

I bought a MinimalX Bell from them and I am quite happy with it! The bell comes with a beautiful tone! It is just perfect for my bicycle and I am loving it. Thank you!
