Had an iPhone 13 Pro in an Otter Box. I dropped it dozens upon dozens of times without ever damaging the phone. I've had the 15 Pro with a UAG case. It got knocked off my side table and the corner is cracked.

Very disappointed in the whole order process.. I choose to order direct from them based on the offered 2 day shipping via Fedex.. It didnt ship out the day it said it would and when it did ship it was sent USPS ground, I could have understood and been ok with a delay in shipping the item out but it should have been expedited in this case or at the very least shipped out the way it was supposed to..

They have very high quality products, amazing customer service and their warranty is phenomenal.

I have a UAG case for my samsung 21 plus. It works great!

Really great quality case and excellent customer service, had a small issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Geosyl dealt with my query and was very attentive and kept me up to date all along the way.
Only thing I would say is buy from a trusted seller or direct, comparing my new iPhone 16 Pro case to my previous 14 Pro case the new one is much better quality, I suspect the old one may have been fake, it was cheaper if recall and the clear plastic had gone very yellow, new one is much brighter.

I purchased a Monarch Pro Kevlar and was not impressed.
I was looking for the most rugged case I could find, as I’m hard on equipment. The price seemed awfully high, but I went for it.
Super disappointed, as the Monarch is just another light-duty case, in my opinion.
There are other Kevlar cases on the market at less than half the price, so not sure how they’re selling this one.
Also have to flag them up on their product return process. No RMA process from these folks. They’re still operating in the dark ages, requiring you to ship items back at your expense, and wait for the transit time. At their price-point, they should be making things as easy as possible.

Purchased a Monarch Pro ($99), the company cancelled the delivery from Fed Ex with no explanation. UAG took my money from the AMEX I used. UAG support will not provide any details.
This company is an actual joke, ive been sent the wrong case the first time, wrong model case and wrong phone model, they sent a replacement for free, but, it was still the wrong case, they sent 2 times in a row the wrong case. Never got the one I ordered.
Not worth the money……lifetime warranty is not true ……
I got Monarch Pro Kevlar Case for my Samsung S23 Ultra, phone broke within half a meter drop. huge crack from the side of the screen to until middle in butterfly effect. This case costed 130 CAD, worthless.
Their $100 Monarch iPhone case is touted as having 5 layers of protection and a layer of Kevlar. In this teardown I did at bakerontech, it actually has 2 layers of hard plastic and the Kevlar is just a small decorative piece and is not used across the case. Their description is just a total fabrication.
They don’t publish low rating reviews. I submitted a two star review mentioning how the bottom of the case is slippery and the phone slides out from under itself and it’s thick. They did not publish my review. They asked me to review it, I did and they didn’t publish it. That’s very misleading.
Urban uag plasma surface go. Over £60 but I got a used one for £28. It took a while as it came from Germany Amazon. I'm in UK. Anyway it was flimsy. The stand was not adjustable. Everything about it was cheap.. These are Designed in California apparently. Made in China and oh my word there is serious cost cutting going on. Companies today are big on PROFITS. Don't accept this crud. Sent it back to Amazon. Amazon are full of fakes. I would like to see a genuine one but I'm afraid they don't exist anymore. China you suck...😷
UAG phone covers are not as described!
I bought a phone cover from them via Amazon that was advertised as military grade and virtually indestructible. Within weeks the phone cover started to fray at the edges.
I contacted UAG through their warranty department, filled out their form and submitted a copy of the invoice, sent them a photo and was told wear and tear was not covered. However, they would on this occassion supply a replacement cover. The cover was currently out of stock and I would have to wait an indefinite length of time for a new one.
I explained that I did not feel a military grade Kevlar phone cover should start fraying within weeks. That I did not feel it was wear and tear. I said the phone was not as they described and on that basis I preferred a refund.
To this they then decided to renege on the offer of a replacement then saying it did not meet the warranty requirements based on the fact it was bought from Amazon.
Since then I have complained to Amazon and they agreed a refund. So my problem was resolved but not by them.
Clearly UAG do not like bad but honest feedback on their products and they will take things very personally.
To note this cover also cost me €42 which was another reason for my complaint. This is meant to be a top of the range high quality cover. It is not acceptable in my opinion for any type of failing in a matter of weeks at that cost.
Had a problem with an older biodegradeable model of a phone case. However, the customer support team was swift and handled the issue very professional.
With this good of a support team you just can not have a bad experience buying here.
Thieves and Liars - Don't trust this company, they will take your money and run. Paid for extra shipping, they didn't even ship it days later and still charged me for the faster shipping. Even tho it was suppose to arrive days before.
I requested a refund of the shipping, they told me practically oh well, your loss from our screw up. The customer service rep I dealt with was a pretty negative person as well. Not a pleasant company to do business with. Hopefully their case is better than they conduct business.
Always used uag cases for my iphones. Approximately 7 years now. Never once have i had a cracked screen or damaged phone. I drop it a lot too. Pays for its self twice over with every drop
The kevlar UAG case I got failed to prevent a cracked phone. I figured being prior military kevlar was the way to go. The customer service is mostly unhelpful and state they can't do much even though their warranty claims a years protection and normal use still resulted in a damaged phone within 6 months. Save your money and buy something else. I thought the most expensive thing would be best but just mediocre at best.
Sadly, I purchased a Monarch Pro case for my 14 Pro Max and it is probably one of the worst products I have ever spent money on.
The materials used are of low quality, the sides are really loose, there are sharp edges all around the case, magsafe is weak and there is no felt lining.
It's a below average product for such a high price tag.
For reference, just watch the review from EverythingApplePro. The phone's back shatters due to the cheap materials and lack of felt lining.
There are much better alternatives out there like Mous, Nomad, Phone Rebel, Speck etc.
