While waiting for the Plasma Case for AirPods Pro 3 to become available, I decided to internet shop for other cases. There were many alternate solutions available. Closer scrutiny always revealed an i... See more

I got my case through the UAG store on Amazon, it developed a problem and I emailed UAG.
They asked for some photos and proof of purchase, after I sent these over to UAG they kept me updated with their process and within 48 hours I received an email saying they are sending me a replacement.
Can't ask for a better service.
Great company to deal with, I would gladly recommend UAG phone cases.
The phone case I bought from their brand never arrived and I asked them for a refund after I remembered the incident. At first, I gave them the order number, but they said it had been a long time, so they could not find it according to the order number I gave, so they asked me to prove to them that I had not received the goods, but how can I prove that I have not received the goods? Isn't that unreasonable?
Fortunately, I found an earlier email, in which they said the delivery was not successful, finally can prove that I did not receive the goods. But they also said "the order has been archived and can not be refunded". What kind of excuse is that? They said they'd give me a coupon, but I want my money back, not a coupon. And if they offer me a replacement or coupon, doesn't that mean they accept the fact that I didn't receive the phone case? So why can't I get a refund? They just don't want my money back ?
Tried to return a galaxy tab s8+ cover that wouldn't work with a screen protector. Told me to send it best way I know how. Wouldn't accept unless I email them a tracking. Worst possible place I've seen for taking care of customer. Will never buy from them again.
If you ordered something from them and need to return it goog luck. They have everything stacked against you
I believe that this is a scam company.... I ordered AND got the wrong cases from them...... I immediately fedex'd it back with a receipt of delivery to them...... I can NEVER get anyon from support, other than someone who answers the phone and claims to be a mssage taker, to help me.....I have involved my bank AND will get my money back...
The crazy part is i live 3 miles from bestbuy AND was too lazy to drive so i ordered on the web page.......If i could give minus 10 stars i would.....These people are either thieves OR just SUCK at doing business.....
save your money by not doing business with these clowns.....
Worst customer experience I have had in a very long time order UA EU-01153380
I bought this item as an after Christmas treat on a budget. It never arrived. The tracking just stated delivered, no signature no mention of where to. Awful.
I tried every avenue to contact customer service, and there are many but none of them respond. Social media reply sorry you must email, I emailed and the reply was they were too busy to respond, live chat they could not help either it had to be another message on the website. Eventually someone raised a webcase ticket? and the reply was just a tracking number for UPS when literally all of my contact was about it not arriving!!!! All they do is send you round in circles and it is now 12 Feb two months later and no shoes. I will never ever buy from them again. I can see why the scores are so low. I'm going to have to resort to trying to claim from my bank.
Got my s22 case (UAG Monarch Kevlar) as ordered. The quality is perfect, and delivery time was rather fast. However, when ordering on the webshop, UAG added a 25% VAT (equivalent to the tax rate in my country) to my order. In theory this is not a problem, assuming UAG will fill out the IOSS (International customs paperwork) correctly, so I don't have to pay the VAT in my own country. However, this information wasn't filled out, and hence my shipment was held up in customs when it arrived to my country. To get it released, I had to pay the 25% VAT to my local customs a second time, as well as a manual handling fee of 24 USD. The handling fee of 24 USD could have been avoided altogether if IOSS information was filled out correctly by UAG, but I don't have a problem with that. However, it seems pointless that UAG adds a 25% VAT on top of my order, if I have to pay it all again later on - and I can only assume this means that UAG are keeping the 25% they added to my order as profit. After contacting customer service (who were quick to reply), and asked them to refund the 25% VAT payment they made me pay, they initially refused, claiming that they are not responsible for any customs fees. Eventually they gave in and refunded the 25% VAT payment I made to them - however, from their communication it seemed like they still did not understand the actual issue at hand, they just said that they would help me cover the customs fees, even though it was "not their responsibility". I can see from other Trustpilot reviews that many other people has experienced the same problem, so I urge UAG to look into this - these issues turn an otherwise brilliant purchase experience into a rather bad one, and I would be careful to order from their own website again (but I still do love their products!). But at the end of the day (after some back and forth with customer service), I still got my product, at the agreed price, and with a rather quick delivery time.
I recently ordered an iPad case, and while I ordered the correct size, it did not fit quite right. The founder of the company had sent an email out, in which he said that customers should never hesitate to hit him up. So I sent him an email and included pictures of the issue with the case. He referred me to the customer service team, which immediately sent out a new case. He then contacted me to make sure the issue was resolved. I am now a customer for life!
Spent 75usd for a UAG kevlar case on a S22 a in case that is not compatible with wireless, even if the website say so.... doesn't worth nothing! I tried with 5 different wireless charger and nothing work
Bought the Civilian case for my iPhone 13 Pro, dropped to the floor from 6ft height, the case is fine, no scratch but the back of the phone is total loss. I have no idea why I used a case that can protect itself but not the phone.
Firstly, held up in customs until fees paid, but no mention of that during purchase.
Second, and most important: I dropped my phone and screen smashed. Useless case.
I won't be buying any further UAG items.
Bought a Plasma case for Iphone 11 Pro, clearly says it on the box, but does not fit. Contacted Customer service and get, the Plasma case doesn't fit Iphone 11 Pro, Really? Youu sold it for iphone 11 Pro, the box says Iphone 11 Pro, but you now say it doesn't fit???? Oh, and I can send it back and pay for shipping to get my refund.....NOT! Also, the glass cover, which I asked to be switched and was told it will fit, is way too small for the phone. Does anyone there know anything about their products????
I warn you against dealing with this company... 28 days have passed since I paid the price of the product, but I did not get it. Promise to communicate with the customer support employee. The transaction was very bad. Mans asked to pay the customs duties in my country. He told me that we are not responsible for the product in your country. I do not know where the product is. In my country or was it sent at all!!! I think I got scammed
Forgot my phone on top of my car and it fell off going 30 MPH, later retrieved the phone and besides a small scratch on the side of the case there is no damage to the phone whatsoever. Props to UAG I’m getting phone cases from them for the rest of my life. For the ones curious it’s a IPhone 11 Pro Max
I got a case/cover for a HP Elite X2
I have had the case for about 4 months. It is a rugged rubber/plastic case with a 'kickstand' to support the screen on a desk. I tend to keep my laptop on the desk - using it as a desktop, and rarely move it.
so, the kickstand has been moved/retracted a total of maybe 3 or 4 times
Just recently, I needed to transport my laptop and so put the kickstand down. When I tried to use the kickstand again, the hinge broke and it is now basically useless.
The hinge is supported on only one side, and is held in place by really flimsy plastic.
It is frail and fragile. This is a single point of failure on what is - otherwise - quite a rugged case... but make no mistake this is a shoddily designed case, and not worth the (relatively) large amount of money you will be charged for this case
[looking at other reviews, and other sites, this is a well known issue and it is obvious the manufacturers do not care]
One of the best cases I have ever tried on an Iphone 13 pro max. The case fits snugly on the phone no matter how many times I remove it to clean up built up residues within from the slots on the button.
Not sure about why the bad experiences from other users, my experience was vastly different from the rest. My case came with a minor flaw, and managed to request for a replacement without paying extra for shipment or return of the defective product.
Design wise, UAG still has a long way to go instead of focusing just on the case's ruggedness. There are variety of options, but allowing more customization would be greatly appreciated. That aside, everything about this company is generally positive. Kudos to their after sales team, they are insanely helpful and friendly :)
Have never ordered from this place before. Our order came within 3 days. But we ordered the wrong size cases. Their customer service (Stella) was amazing. Returned them the next day and we had our new cases that were the right size in 3days. We will definitely order from them again. Got the cases and love them. Thanks Stella!!
Ordered a Metropolis Series iPad Pro 10.5-Inch Case on Feb. 4th, 2022. On Feb. 28th it’s still not delivered. Customer service mentions it takes 15-20 business days for delivery.
Since this is not clear when you place an order, I wrote a review on the UAG site to warn other customer, but it was never placed on the site.
Don’t order anything on the UAG website, find a local reseller instead. 15-20 days for delivery is ridiculous.
Update March 4th: contacted Customer Service again as the 20 business days passed and the case is still not delivered. Customer Service suggested I should contact the postal agency. I have replied it is their responsibility to deliver the case, so I expect from them to follow up why my case is still not delivered.
Update March 8th: Got a refund for my order. It was never delivered.
Brilliant product and service!
The materials are of high quality so the case has a premium feel to it.
(S21 5G Pathfinder)
Lives up to it's reviews.
The delivery was extremely swift considering it arrived from overseas.
The reality of the service contradicts the reviews on trust pilot, didn't face no customs fees etc.
Also delivered by DHL, arrived approx 3-4 days after purchase date.
Worthy of recommendation!
Honestly, I’ve lost hope on this company, I bought their 24liter backpack, I’ve had it for around 5.5 months only carrying normal school supplies not overloading it, it’s had seams break from me lifting it by the pickup handle, the back support is quite useless, today the zipper broke off, and their harder ipad cases have allowed my iPad to bend, I got the hard fade so it wouldn’t bend. They’re pretty crappy as fast as brands go, the cases are mediocre, they do what a case should, but there are so many better and aesthetically pleasing options that aren’t so damn expensive. And yes my warranty is still in effect, I’m gonna ask them for a refund on the bag because I’m tired of crappy and subpar products.
I got a new macbook pro, and wanted a protective case for it. I got the case, and putt it on (per the instructions), I went to close my macbook and the bottom of my screen CRACKED!
Now I have to pay to replace my screen, not even the apple care covers accidental damage. I contacted UAG and their warranty does not cover any equipment you are protecting, or trying to protect. So be very cautious about putting a cover on your mac, because a cracked screen could occur. The cure is worse than the disease.
