I ordered a couch for $109.95 and…

I ordered a couch for $109.95 and received a cheap bracelet. When I inquired where is my couch, they simply said it was a gift for the shipping delay. When I tried to open their website to track my couch as they instructed me to, their website is no longer up!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

Never received the item

Never received the item. Tried to contact on numerous occasions and they didn't even have the decency to respond. I am now almost £70 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. This company is a complete scam

Fraudulent shop

This company is a scam I ordered a sofa on 20.07.25. Nothing has arrived so far. About 3 weeks ago, it was written that the order had reached its destination country and I still have nothing. They also don't respond to emails, it's a scam. I lost my money. Adds updates. Today 12.10.25 no longer has contact, the site no longer opens.

I ordered an item over 3 months ago from…

I ordered an item 3 months ago from urbanbreeze.net and never received my package. They will not provide me with USPS tracking information only the fake 4 digit number they give you to track through them. I’ve never had such a horrible experience and unprofessional customer service. They send me the same email word for word when I email them regarding my package. They also will not give me a refund. This site needs to be stopped and shut down immediately for stealing people’s hard earned money. Please do not order from these scammers. You might as well flush your money down the toilet!

Same as other reviews.. ordered two chairs and received some cheap bracelet in post, no return address or name. Tracking is a lie always saying waiting on customs clearance.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Total scam! Order a foam armchair 1 July, nothing until end of September. The so called real time order tracking is a scam. Received a shitty bracelet in unmarked envelope that I can’t event trace back to Urban Breeze. Can some charity law firm please take them to court.
