I just got scammed aswell for a small vault security bedside table worth $70. And yeah read some other reviews and i got a shitty fake diamond bracelet also. Fml.

Urbanbreeze is a scam site. I found them via a Facebook ad, placed an order for a $99 convertible sofabed on August 10th. August 24th I received a bracelet via shipping. Emails to their customer service have gone non-reponsive. Request for refund has gone non-responsive. Buyer BEWARE - do NOT patronize this business, website, or service

I never received order neither the money I paid. It’s a scam

I ordered a chair from Urbanbreeze. I never received it. I’ve written them twice, giving them the order number, and never heard back. They are thieves. I lost around $40 to them. Don’t understand how they get away with it.

Just Awful. Placed an order on May 1, 2025 (over 12 weeks ago) and I haven't not received my items yet. It's ridiculous. Have contacted them (by email because no phone number to be found) multiple times and got 1 lame response once. The order tracking status has been the same forever with no carrier or real tracking number per se. Just unprofessional and big liars/scammers people.

I have been waiting three months for my order so I would DEFINTELY NOT order anything from this company - I do not believe they are operating it leagitimately

Totally disappointed that this company send instant emails confirming the order and the initial shipping then months of repeat nonsense false tracking ( ordered in March and still no delivery ) - I should have known but really really disappointing . Somehow this comapny have to be banned from advertising .

Ripped off a sofa n 2 lounge chairs that's been 8 weeks a know av been scammed why is Facebook not doing somin about this they should be vetted before getting to advertise on Facebook in my opinion Facebook should take responsibility for this and compensate us all 😡😡😡

Beware of this scammer Urban Breeze online shop. We ordered a sofa bed and we received a bracelet!!!!

Bought two sofas with them two months ago, never received them and the customer support only copy paste the response.

SCAM!

Ordered from Urban Breeze and asked them to amend the shipping address (recently had a baby with a toddler running around when I purchased and didn’t realise my info had autofilled my old address) they did attempt to amend with a one worded email “Done” which seemed very odd & unprofessional & the address was still incorrect - which I again politely asked for them to amend numerous times. Additionally I asked for tracking or an ETA… no reply was ever received!
After another week & a handful of polite emails later no amendment to the address & no tracking nor an ETA was received. I emailed saying: ‘I was sure there was some kind of misunderstanding but I was worried I was being scammed and that if I hadn’t received a reply with tracking etc after a few days time, I would need to contact my bank and report the business to the ombudsman’ which garnered a response almost immediately telling me they ‘would issue me a full refund and that they don’t work with customers who make “threats” and that they respond to ALL emails within a 24-72 hour timeframe’. Anyhow none of it checks out and I am still so puzzled. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know ever buying from them.

This company take money and then dilly dally with bullshit of tracking information
I have now launched a dispute with Facebook and my bank to claim full compensation and fraudulent action

Scam Ordered screens and to date has not arrived,

I have still not received my order, nor have I had any communication apart from a message saying it has been lost in transit from Sydney to my home! Not happy and will never recommend.

It is a scam. I paid for a comfy chair but received a bracelet a month late.

URBANBREEZE.net ( @urbanbreeze.net ) is a SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM -- YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY - and thats guaranteed !!!!!- Ordered the triple Monitor Extender about a month ago and kept tracking the delivery . The URBAN BREEZE Tracker last showed ORDER DISPATCHED FROM REGIONAL HUB". Then Today 22 June 2025 I requested for a copy of my order which had on it a Tracking number of a China Courier "17Track" - which stated that the item was delivered on the 9th June 2025 and the weight of the item was 0.015kg !!!!!!!!!! The 17Track guys in the additional information added that the last mile courier in Singapore was J&T with a tracking number and this courier also confirmed that the same was delivered on the 9th Jun 2025 . Nothing was received ! Shame on you URBANBREEZE.net
