Everything is spotless. I was worried about a few things, but Jaydip did an amazing job. You will not regret hiring Urban for your end of tenancy cleaning.

Kevin who took the booking was polite and helpful. The two guys who did the cleaning were punctual and friendly and fully equipped- despite the flat being extremely dirty and messy they went about their tasks with professionalism and pride. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The result- a very grubby uninhabitable flat transformed in a sparkling clean one over the course of six hours. Great value too - highly recommended.

Magli was superb: he was on time (in fact before time), very polite and efficient. Well informed too. Thank you so much.

Mike came in to complete an end of tenancy clean for us recently, and we were so impressed with his work. Not only was he prompt and professional, but he was extremely thorough and left the property absolutely sparkling. The bathroom was left cleaner than it’s looked in years, and all the kitchen appliances were squeaky clean. Very impressed - thank you Mike!

Harry, Nick and Yashraj have done a fantastic job for our end of tenancy cleaning at our flat and our new house. They were so professional, friendly, amicable, skillful. They stretched to show their dedication and commitment despite the stringent timelines provided to them. The house was spick and span after their cleaning.

Scammers. They don’t even touch the dirt at all. All they did was dusting and mopping. Sinks are not even cleaned properly. They don’t have proper cleaning equipment or chemicals. Paid a lot of money wasting time. They are some scammers from India pretending to be cleaners.

I booked an appointment to clean the oven, and Mogli did a fantastic job. Really thoroughly cleaned, it looked fantastic when finished! Thank you.

I recently hired Urban End of Tenancy Cleaning, expecting a professional service. However, I was extremely disappointed with their work. They arrived with cheap equipment and used inappropriate cleaning solutions like screen wash instead of proper products.

Upon completion, numerous areas were untouched – the oven, grills, window sills, skirting boards, bathroom tiles, mold spots, corners – all left dirty. The windows and laminate flooring were left streaky and wet. When I requested the oven to be cleaned properly, the cleaner responded rudely.

Contacting the company for a resolution was no better; they were dismissive and rude as well. Although they offered to reclean my flat, my estate agent refused due to their poor initial job and quoted me £165 for another cleaning service.

I sought a refund from Urban End of Tenancy Cleaning but was outrightly denied. Upon checking their reviews online afterward, I noticed that many seemed fake with similar surnames among reviewers.

To other potential customers: be warned! This company is unprofessional and not trustworthy. Save your money for a reliable service elsewhere.

Although at first I was a bit skeptical to go with Urban End of Tenancy Cleaners, I am very glad that I did. The team who cleaned were friendly, professional and basically just cracked on with the job while I left them to it - it was very clear they knew what they were doing. Kuldip was also very responsive to all my questions. I passed the inventory check and got my full rental deposit back, so can recommend them with confidence!

I am very happy with job.excellent work.Vishal, Heer and Dhaval , they all r very professional, friendley and hard working. Would like to call them again.

Nidhi and Mayank did a great job. We asked them to do the end of tenancy cleaning. They did excellent work. Carpet and sofa cleaning was done well.

Mowgli and team did a great job cleaning our house before we moved in. They were punctual, very polite and worked incredibly hard. We have bought a probate property to renovate so it needed a thorough clean to make it habitable before we moved in. It was old and very dusty but Mowgli and his partner got straight on with it, followed my instructions and made it look like a different house, especially the bathroom and kitchen…they were unrecognisable (in a good way) by the time they had finished! We will definitely use them again.

The cleaners came on time and did a really thorough job. Extremely happy with the service

SCAM,DO NOT BOOK. Cleaning done horribly,left all the marks on tue floor,cupboards not properly cleaned,left dusts on the floor. Claiming that carpet was there so thats were the dust was,but if carpet was hoovered it shouldn’t be any dusts left? Floor corners not cleaned. After asking for my money back the agent is barely speaking or writing English,asked to speak with manager for at least 5 times. Manager doesn’t even write english , sending me proofs from different apartments not even mine. Was given solution to re-clean after explaining 10 times that I dont live there anymore and new tenants lives so I cant just let them in as its not my property. Just horrible horrible experience. Out of all of this got only £20 back for bad service as they promised cleaning up to the standard which was definitely not it.
Do not trust these fake reviews that they are writing themselves.
