Payment is required in advance, but the job is not carried out to a satisfactory standard, and there is no way to get your money back. The cleaner only cleans what is convenient for them. Even with constant supervision, you will find that they have skipped cleaning the top of your kitchen cupboards, not touched the tricky corners of the windows, and carefully avoided anything that requires more time. I am completely unsatisfied. I would advise staying away.
