Good products, service needs improvement.
I did not receive a 10% discount as advertised on the site; my request to customer service went unanswered;
One of the products came still bearing an anti-theft device - due to the fact that they did not provide invoice, I cannot get it removed in country;
Products fit the description, and color representation on the site is accurate.

I received my pair of shoes in damaged…
I received my pair of shoes in damaged condition, most likely the display model, as they showed visible signs of wear. I contacted the store to request compensation or a resolution, but nothing has been done so far. Very disappointed with the customer service — I expected better.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Avoid Urban Jungle (Hudson Group at The Point, Malta)
We recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store that deserves to be shared.
We tried to return a pair of brand new, unworn shoes — still with tags on and the original receipt, only 5 days after purchase. Completely reasonable, right? Apparently not at Urban Jungle.
When purchasing the shoes, the staff member asked my husband if he wanted a bag or a box — not both. My husband chose the bag, only to find out later that we were charged for the bag and refused a return because we didn't have the box. At no point during the sale or on the receipt were we told that returning the item without the box would invalidate the return, especially when the shoes were clearly never used and still tagged.
This policy was not disclosed verbally or in writing, and it seems designed to trap customers. It’s disappointing and deceptive.
We reached out hoping for some reasonable customer service — and got nothing but stonewalling. Apparently, they’re happy to take your money but unwilling to offer even the most basic level of fairness.
Urban Jungle at The Point has lost our trust and our business. If you value transparency, respect, and the ability to return unworn items, shop elsewhere.
