A great experience, personal and professional. A brilliant estate agents.
I used Abbas Lakha, Urban Keys, as our agent for our flat that we rent out. I had such a positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for an estate or letting agent. Abbas is personable and dedicated and a pleasure to work with. He was always available and willing to talk to us. I found this really helpful as I could easily reach him after work. He was quick and efficient with marketing our property and we had interest straight away. The whole process was stress free. What made Abbas stand out the most was the personal approach. He listened to what we wanted and had a real passion for our property, so I always felt that it was in good hands. It made a refreshing change, having had such bad experiences with high street estate agents in the past.

Urban keys are excellent letting agents
Abbas at urban keys is honest, proactive and very reliable as a letting agent.
He is very willing to take calls in the evenings, weekends and also when he is on holiday to ensure my tenants are always comfortable.
Urban keys are very prompt with rent collection and rent payments to me.
I would recommend abbas at urban keys to anyone. I am in the process of handing over my 6th property to him to manage over he Christmas period.
