Fabulous service and communication. From start to finish, no sales pressure when in showroom Ben has been very helpful every step of the process. My dream kitchen is perfect. Would highly recommend Urban Kitchens to anyone. Great quality and finish at an affordable price. Thanks guys.

They took on board my needs and produced a kitchen which is easy and practical to work in and at the same time looks fantastic. Thank you for all your help. Amazing service, fantastic kitchen!

I cannot recommend Urban Kitchens enough. Steve was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was quickly drew up perfect plans for our new kitchen, was amenable to changes after booking, and assisted at every term. The communication was A+ and timely.

Mark Whiteside, the kitchen fitter recommended by Urban Kitchens, and his team are professional, knowledgable,and approachable. They clearly have lots of experience and the fit went well beyond our expectations.

Just a few final words about the end product - Our new kitchen is beautiful and the materials are high quality. We've been using it for 2 months now and the functionality is great! We've sent the odd query to Steve and Mark about silly questions that you don't think of until you've been using the space. They have responded quickly and helpfully each time.

My Aunt who had recently moved was In need of a new kitchen. Steve came to the house and measured everything, we talked about what we thought would be a good start. We went to the showroom in Lancaster to visit with Steve a few days later, he came up with a couple of good designs for my Aunt to ok at, we chose the one we wanted, later we called to change the plan slightly and add some features. He was very understanding and sent us the new plans. The fitter he put us in touch with finished the job in the allotted time and they were a great crew very understanding and professional. Would definitely recommend Urban Kitchens.

Very happy with my new kitchen from Urban kitchens, from design, where Steve took my ideas and adapted slightly, giving me a slightly cheaper option that worked better than my amateur design so win win situation for me. Was able to get my preferred dates for fitting and his fitter Mark Whiteside and team did a wonderful job without too much mess then the decorator Jamie they recommended added the final lovely finishing touches.

Despite the challenges posed by coronavirus we are very pleased with the kitchen supplied by Urban Kitchens and fitted by Mark and his team plus worktops and splash backs from Stoneworld. Ben offered great advice during the design phase and sourced an upgraded oven and dishwasher when there were problems with supply to ensure a happy outcome. Richard the electrician was extremely helpful advising on lighting and making changes to our consumer unit to include rcd protection of our circuits. Can’t wait til people are allowed to visit and admire the finished job!

We had been recommended to try Urban kitchens Lancaster by the estate agent when we bought our house. We did get other quotes but found Urban kitchens highly competitive in their price.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the cabinets and the appliances provided by Urban kitchens.
Steve has been outstanding from start to finish and beyond. I have lost count of the number of times we changed our mind over the course of planning our kitchen, but Steve never once gave us the impression that this was too much trouble, he was always willing to change and update plans to ensure that eventually we arrived at a plan that suited our needs.
During the fitting stage Steve was always available to sort out any minor snags our fitter had.
Without doubt I would recommend Urban kitchens Lancaster to anyone who is considering updating their kitchen.

Excellent service from start to finish. We recently embarked on having an extension fitted to our house and required a new kitchen and utility room. We visited several places including Urban but Steve instantly made us feel very welcome and we never felt pressured. We left our plans and an outline of what we were looking for and Steve contacted me when he said he would. We had several design visits and even though I changed my mind a few times, Steve never made a fuss and I was never made to feel like it was an issue. Fast forward a few months and after a few panicked moments on my part we finally have our beautiful kitchen and utility room. Steve was always on hand to reassure and advise where necessary and nothing was ever too much trouble. I really cannot recommend them enough. So if you're looking for a great kitchen, from somebody that knows what they're talking about, puts the time in to make sure everything is spot on, and at a great price, then give Steve at Urban a call, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service from choosing our kitchen all the way through installation and beyond.The Lancaster branch Manager, Steve was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble, including a few visits to our property to help design and plan with our initial thoughts, through to the installation and afterwards, when we lost a few bits along the way, he was only to happy to bring these in his own time. Regarding the kitchen and appliances we are really happy with our finished kitchen.We used our own fitter, he described the kitchen as "Mint", really high quality, at last a company who considered the fitter!!.Delivery was as planned, on time, excellent guys who brought the kitchen in, nothing was a problem. Very satisfied customer, highly recommended. If you are thinking about a new kitchen, pop in and see Steve, what have you got to lose, you might even be pleasantly surprised with the cost as well. 10/10.

It’s no wonder we went back to Steve at Urban Kitchens for our second kitchen in 2 years (due to a house move!) Seamless from start to finish. Steve mapped our kitchen out, checked the measurement, arranged a start date with Mark Whiteside which was very much appreciated. The kitchen arrived on the planned date, no hitches. Installation and quality exceeded all expectations. Steve was at hand when I had a panic over the handles we had chosen!
There’s no hard sell with Steve, he provides options, presents them clearly and is patient throughout the process from start to completion. There’s no hidden extra costs.
I highly recommend.
