excellent service from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble for steve and the quality of the kitchen was excellent i would definetly recommend urban kitchens, the price for the quality is second to none

so pleased I chose Urban kitchens to fit out my newly extended kitchen and utility room. Right from the start Toni was patient, thorough and super helpful in planning, tweaking and helping me achieve my ideal kitchen and within my finite budget. The process was seemless, the dates adhered too and the quality obvious. Mark who fitted the kitchen couldn’t have been more helpful, and provided a faultless fit, even accommodating new flooring and the template for of the work tops. All round a pleasure to deal with, and I now have a beautiful kitchen & utility well made, superbly fitted and at a very competitive price - thanks Urban Kitchens.

Can't recommend Urban Kitchens highly enough. After looking around the major kitchen retailers who all had 'half price' offers and horrible sales tactics, we went to see Steve who gave us a really good price on a quality kitchen and spent lots of time on the design to make sure it was just right for us. The process was painless and the finished product is perfect.

Steve at Lancaster was really great throughout the whole process. Our kitchen is gorgeous, we are so happy with it.

We've just had our kitchen installed....and its fantastic!!
The whole process from design through to installation has been a really positive experience with very little stress.
We met up with Steve Mayor before Christmas to talk through some ideas and were immediately impressed with his professional, helpful, relaxed approach. We made a few tweaks, up-spec'ed some of the appliances and were good to go for installation in late May.
Mark Whiteside (fitter) visited a couple of weeks before to assess the existing layout and the new kitchen started bang on time.
Marks team (including plumber and electrician) were all really good, very polite and very tidy. The installation was all done and dusted in less than a week. Marks approach is first class, he'll tweak the design if it provides a better outcome and he has a real eye for detail.
We are really really pleased with our new kitchen which is high spec, looks fantastic and is reasonably priced. Proper value for money.
We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Urban Kitchens and Mark Whiteside their installer.

I dealt with member of staff called Alex and he made the whole experience painless and effortless, very professional and helped us throughout the design and came up with excellent ideas that really made the kitchen. I would reccomend dealing with Alex when you go in.

I am delighted with my new kitchen. The service from first contact to completion was excellent despite my having a few changes of mind and the overall cost was very competitive. I would highly recommend Urban Kitchens.

Due to have our kitchen fitted on the 13th may. If the designs are anything to go by it is going to look fantastic. Not over priced at all for what we are getting.The team at the Preston store have been faultless. Toni came out initially to measure but due building work being done came back out couple weeks to 're measure to ensure the measurements where spot on. We have had regular contact and updates from Alex who has designed our kitchen and has been very patient in delivering us the exact kitchen the way we want. No hard sell at any point from either of them.
Very friendly and professional. Can't thank them both enough. Would highly recommend.

My disabled (deaf and her sight is going) mum was wary about going somewhere she didn’t know. She’d been to a few big name kitchen suppliers but the staff either didn’t talk clearly to her or just ignored her. She had seen Urban Kitchens in Facebook and knew a couple of people who had commented, so she went to the showroom where she was greeted by Toni she explained her situation and Toni immediately took under her wing, everything she said Toni understood and if she didn’t it was written down no rushing no pushing .. the man came to measure and a week later the computer design was ready Mum was nervous but once the screen showed the kitchen a couple of tweaks and additions Mum was delighted with the result. Fitting starts on June 3rd and a further review will be done. Cannot thank Toni and the guys at Urban Kitchens for their kindness patience and professionalism. We are certain the fitting will be done with the same consideration and professionalism

Having visited most of the usual kitchen names we called in to Urban Kitchens in preston on spec having seen the signage whilst passing. We found a lovely quality kitchen which matched those that we had seen previously but at a more attractive price. Toni at the preston store was most helpful in assisting with our design and our requirements. Kitchen was delivered on time. It was being fitted by our fitter. A couple of small fittings appeared to be missing but Toni sorted immediately. The kitchen looks lovely. Great kitchen, price and service. Would recommend!

We had major building work done, knocking 2 rooms into one big kitchen.
We had been to a few big kitchen companies locally and were put off by extortionate prices and pushy sales people!

Then we went to Urban Kitchens in Lancaster........ Wow!!

Steve in the showroom was so warm and welcoming. He was knowledgeable, professional and there was absolutely no hard sell.
He gave us all the different options and suggested things for us to think about - options we hadn't even considered!
He visited our home to view the space which helped him plan and design a functional, family kitchen which is both beautiful to look at and practical for busy family life.

Steve liaised with and supported our builder and now we have our dream kitchen!

The price was incredible!!! Our Urban Kitchen quote was less, including appliances, then other quotes were for the kitchen alone.

The kitchen is impeccable quality, delevery was prompt and the delevery driver was very friendly.

I would not hesitate to recommended Urban kitchens Lancaster, as we can not speak highly enough of quality, price and service provided.

Fantastic service from start to finish. When arriving in the shop we were given time to wonder round without a sales person chasing us. The designing of the kitchen was fantastic with different options and styles provided. Brilliant at changing things when you have new ideas. The quality of the kitchen is very high and the kitchen fitters were brilliant. Clean tidy and efficient. Could not recommend enough
