Fantastic service and really pleased with our lovely kitchen units and appliances. Steve was professional and organised at all times and gave us great advice without a hard sell. It was so much easier dealing with one person who assisted us through the process from design to delivery and even came to meet and discuss fitting with our joiner on the day the kitchen was delivered. We can recommend Urban Kitchens in Lancaster without hesitation for their quality of products, service and costs and a huge thank you to Steve who is just a lovely person to do business with.

Great service from start to finish.
Steve Mayor was very helpful from my initial visit right through to completion. We quickly agreed on the design and timescale with the fitting taking place whilst we were on holiday. Mark Whiteside did an excellent job - visiting us beforehand to check fine details and after the work was completed to check we were happy. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the excellent service provided by Steve at Urban Kitchens. The kitchen is great, it was delivered on time and the attention to detail in the initial planning of it was brilliant. Steve ended up offering us at least 6 optional designs and we finally arrived at one which incorporated everything we wanted at a price we could afford. Really great service.

Toni and the staff from Urban Kitchens in Preston was great they helped us through some of the difficulties that we had to get around due to the shape of the kitchen.

Very pleased with the efficient manner our kitchen was installed. Pleased with quality of units. There were no delays and the work was finished as stated. The electrical accessories are very good quality.

As most potential customers would agree, deciding to have a complete kitchen refurbishment is quite a daunting task. Well, I recently had our outdated and drab kitchen completely re-designed by Steve from Urban Kitchens. He took me through each step of this process and produced a comprehensive and stunning design for our kitchen. Steve's attention to detail and meeting my needs as a customer was second to none. At any stage of the process, Steve was always on hand to answer my questions. He produced a variety of different kitchen layouts and advised me on the best one suited to our space and needs.

Marc and Rich, (our kitchen fitters) speedily removed the old kitchen and within a week had installed an ultra modern white gloss kitchen, with a trendy grey Capel sink, a silver block swivel tap, a curved glass cooker hood with a new Bosch cooker. Marc's attention to detail and accuracy was excellent. Rich took time, care and consideration over the work tops.

Finally, they came back to tile the kitchen. I had chosen metro grey tiles. Yet again their expertise was clearly shown as they advised me on the type of edging to buy. The stainless steel edging, and the grey grouting set off the grey metro tiles magnificently. In fact, it brought the whole kitchen together.

We now have an ultra modern and very cool kitchen that you would find in many hi-spec modern apartments.

I'm so pleased I chose Urban Kitchens, I would highly recommend this company and I'm more than happy to have our kitchen showcased in their brochures and Facebook pages.

Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen! Steve did an excellent job of designing it around my needs, and was a pleasure to deal with, keeping in contact regarding progress at all stages. Tom Hagney fitted it in a week, including re-plastering, electrics and new flooring and put up with my nitpicking eye for detail with great humour and patience. I've no hesitation in recommending Urban Kitchens for a well designed, excellent quality, professionally fitted kitchen at a very competitive price!

Urban Kitchens are what they say, designer kitchens at affordable prices. My partner used them a couple of years ago, and when I needed a kitchen I didn’t even consider going elsewhere. Steve was excellent throughout. Their customer service can’t be faulted and I would recommend them to anyone.

Good advice on appliances and design, helped me to save money where possible with a nice solid good quality kitchen. Fitters were excellent with a nice professional fit.

Love, love, love my new kitchen. Kate came up with several great designs that also included a media unit and storage cupboard before we decided on the one. Our new kitchen is spacious and modern. It is everything we wanted and more. Delivery and fitting of the kitchen along with all appliances
happened quickly n smoothly. Kate and her team are very professional and efficient and we would not hesitate in recommending Urban kitchens to anyone.

I could not rate Urban Kitchens too highly! Steve was incredible at coming up with design ideas and, now it's all installed, I really notice how well it all works together. I was kept informed of the progress at all times whilst waiting for the fitting. The quality of the kitchen and appliances is incredible and reflects very good value. I didn't want a 'cheap' kitchen but it's good to not pay over the odds for such quality and service.

Marc, the fitter, and his team were superb. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and effectively they worked and the finished result is utterly flawless. I have cats and dogs and the fitters were fantastic at working alongside them so there wasn't too much upset.

I have already recommended Urban Kitchens to friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so to anyone.

Urban Kitchens have done a fantastic job with my new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the cost was minimal. Steve was friendly and always available for questions or if there was any issues and Mark the fitter was very helpful especially when there was more work to be done than expected as our original kitchen was a bit of a mess. It is exactly how I wanted it and there is so much more space now too. I couldn't be happier!
