Lack of price transparency
Lack of price transparency at the front end. You have to pay mandatory insurance but they don't tell you until right before you sign, making comparison shopping more difficult.

I cannot thank Joanne enough. I was desperately looking for a last minute storage solution and she stayed on the phone, walking me through the entire process and got the storage booked within 10 minutes. She explained the entry process so once the call was finished I was ready to go and got my stuff into storage without a problem. And all on a Sunday. Yes it costs a bit more to go with Urban Locker but this is a clear case of "you get what you pay for"...and even then she still went above and beyond.
Facilities are easy to get into and fully automated so one can get from road to inside storage locker all within an app - which she had taken me through too. Honestly, Joanne saved the day.

Amazing! Highly recommend
The entire team at Urban Storage has been absolutly amazing! The site was very easy to access and they have trollies onsite to assist in moving everything to your space. They were quick to answer any questions that we had as well which was great.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use, hi tech and efficient. The app access is super convenient and the units are clean and dry. Jo has been super helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommend, I made a mistake for my first booking. Staffs are very flexible to amend it and helped me to sort it out. All the staff and services are really friendly and helpful. Location is also very convenient and area is safe.

I ran into some troubles with providing the documents, the team at Old Street was extremely patient and helpful! They've stayed on the call with me to go through the whole process and made sure I got to complete the move in process on time. Would definitely recommend using their services
