Cancelled my order and never received a refund. Don't answer emails. Shocking company please do not use!!

Terrible service and a long wait with no communication

Ordered 6th may. Emailed loads. Still not recieved anything and still heard nothing back. The cheek that they put will respond in 48 hours... thanks for your support of our ongoing family business. Family of scammers it looks like because they've managed to post on social media on 29th may.

No response to emails, deleting comments from people querying where their orders are on their social media! I have emailed numerous times. My item still hasn’t been received. Awful company. Do not buy from them!!

I made my order on 5th may still have not received it.iv messaged so many times with no success now looking for advise to resolve this

Still not received my order not replying to messages. Created a postage label 21 days ago the package never entered the Royal Mail system DO NOT BUY THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

Paid for my item and still no receipt. They don’t answer emails so how do you resolve any issues? From other posts on here, looks like a scam.

Scam company! Ordered over 4 weeks ago and received a tracking number from Urban Peaches a few days later but they haven’t sent the parcel to Royal Mail. I have requested a refund but I haven’t received a response. It appears that they are deleting comments from customers asking where their orders are and still advertising products that they clearly don’t have them in stock or have no intention of sending out.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Multiple messages on social media platforms and various email addresses - of which are clearly not monitored
Have reported as scam. How the website/company is still in operation is beyond me.
Total scam!

Been 2 weeks no reply to delivery queries not sure it's actually a legitimate company

Scam company , takes money, items not sent or delivered within timescales as promised. No response from company when messages sent. Don’t buy from this company
Interesting that you blocked me from Facebook when speaking the truth. I would like a refund on my order please as clearly you don’t like your customers to know the truth about taking money and not sending orders…

Ordered on the 27th of April still nothing just saying it'd out of stock didn't say that when the take your money not happy as it's my airport outfit

Ordered on 29th April, dispatch email sent but when checking the tracking, it just says Royal Mail are expecting it. I've contacted Urban Peaches via email 3 times for information on the order and had no response. Extremely disappointing, they should not be trading when they cant get customer service right or fulfil simple orders. No one wants to give away money but, it looks like this is a scam company that just takes money and doesn't provide the goods.

Absolutely awful, don’t waste your money. Ordered well over 3 weeks ago now, they never reply to emails or Instagram messages or comments. Finally had a generic email to say my order’s being shipped over a week ago with a tracking number (more than 2 weeks after ordering) checked today one week later and it still says Royal Mail are expecting the package… still no response from them.

Do not use this company! Been weeks and still no order! Sent emails and nothing! Asked for refund but doubt I will get it! Shocking company!

As with so many others would give 0 stars if available. They do not answer emails or messages and clearly give 0 stuffs about their customers. Returned my clothing immediately as colour was wrong, at my own expense, no refund given. Currently raising a claim to get my money back. Avoid if you don’t want the same experience.

Not helpful customer service. Still waiting for my order. Took my money and not sent my dress. Not happy. Then they sent me an email saying they fulfilled my order. Which they didn't fulfil as I have not received. Total joke

They don’t refund your returns and they don’t respond to emails or DM’s - stay clear and do not buy
I've now got the citizen advice bureau and trading standards involved. They are a sham of a company

Always get my jeans from here they fit amazing and really good quality I struggle with sizes because I have a small waist but my legs arent skinny but the jeans always fit perfect

I have ordered many things from Urban Peaches, always super quality and very stylish.
