The order took awhile to.arrive with no correspondence on when it had been shipped or sent out for delivery.
The item is described as one size however the pants to the set I got were up my ankle! So I can only wear the top...

Please avoid this company at all costs, returned my item recorded delivery, 4 weeks and still no refund, emailed them so many times, no response, I am taking this matter further as companies like this should not be taking peoples money and getting away with it !!!!

Absolute rubbish

If you have a issue with your order they completely ignore and you constantly have to chase them. You will get a response eventually that they are busy after watching them constantly posting themselves all over the place with new stock so they are online just ignoring you

They will take your money for items they dont actually have in stock.

The cardigan arrived unfinished/broken I have contacted customer service but haven’t had any response. I was going to be a Christmas present. Completed waste of money

Scammers!!!! All their followers are BOTS. They will take your money and you will receive nothing.

Do not order from here, they take your money and you will not receive your goods, I should have read the reviews and comments before I ordered! But considering they had a huge following on insta, I thought they could be trusted. They will not respond to you what so ever, they are a scam! I’ve taken a dispute up with my bank now.

I placed an order 22nd October 2024 still not received my order. Evri told me it been delivered but it was getting delivered by Royal Mail ?? Royal Mail still waiting for my parcel from urban peaches. I’ve emailed, message, and instagram them no answer. This company is a absolute scam don’t order from them.

Firstly ordered 2 items that took forever to arrive. Had to bombard with emails and messages to find out where my order was to finally be told that one item was out of stock but didn’t think to tell me so arrived too late for what it was needed for. Sent one item back as it was too big. No acknowledgement of receipt of item or issuing a refund but knew they had received because of tracking. Bombarded with further emails and messages with no reply. Left a bad review on their feedback email and got a message back but still waiting on response to that. From the looks of other reviews I won’t hold my breath getting the refund. Won’t be ordering again.

Longline Cardigan - Lovely cardigan at a great price

Part of my order didn’t arrive.
Contacted company multiple times on multiple platforms and no response.

Ordered on 19th October… was due delivery between 2-5 days later, chased up multiple times via email, via website, instagram etc, all ignored - no responses. Have commented on instagram posts (that are still being uploaded via the “company”) as have others I’ve spoken to via there, all comments have been removed. Tracking says “Royal Mail expecting” which it has done since 21st so it’s obviously a lie! Avoid the Scammy company. Now struggling to get a refund as they are ignoring all contact from me.

It arrived actually not too much later than it said but really bad quality for the price. Bought the same thing in Zara which was 100 per cent better quality for £20 pounds more! Great marketing but unfortunately it needs to backed up with quality and customer services.

I made an order 3 weeks ago. Was dispatched the following day. Royal mail tracking states they are still expecting it. I have sent 3 web forms asking where item is and sent 3 emails no one at urban peaches has responded. I have written on post on Instagram and still no reply or contact

I ordered 2 items from urban peaches. They arrived quite quickly and I was really pleased with one item but the other, some trousers, were completely off size. I ordered an 8/10 but they were more like a 4/6
I asked them for an exchange which they agreed to after several emails to them.
So I posted them back at my own cost and I still haven't received them? I have emailed a couple of times again and eventually had a reply to say they'd be with me by the weekend but never were. Emailed again and now being ignored
Really disappointed and after seeing just how many bad reviews they've had I'd question them as a company. They have more bad reviews than good. NOT GOOD
I very much doubt I will ever get what I ordered?!!!!

Shocking company. Do not order anything from Urban peaches! I placed an order and didn’t receive all of my items and then I have sent back my items over 2 months ago and still not been sent a refund! She is doing it to more and more people. Sarah Harrington biggest scam artist! I have taken legal action

Avoid! Sent me different things to what I ordered. When returned not received a refund. Chased them with 3 emails to date with no reply. Been waiting weeks now.

I would like some assistance with returning my recent order. Unfortunately, it arrived 8–9 days later than expected, which meant it did not arrive in time for my holiday. Additionally, the jackets I received do not resemble what I ordered, and the material is of very poor quality with bad stitching on both items. I am quite disappointed and would appreciate a refund. This is false advertising on all accounts.
