Terrible! Order took over 3 weeks to arrive...when it arrived I obviously needed to return it as it was no longer needed. Returned item via Royal Mail signed for over 3 weeks ago, still no notification they've received the items, no replies to emails. Raised a dispute with bank to get money back. Absolutely terrible company.

Very poor customer service no reply’s to any correspondence I’ve sent. Still waiting on my parcel nearly two weeks! Tracking sent two days after purchase and still waiting no tracking available? Avoid at all costs very poor service from this mob!!

I would rate zero if possible. Placed an order for just under £100 3 weeks ago now. Had notification it was being shipped but Royal Mail tracking still says they’re awaiting the parcel. Things go wrong sometimes, and that’s understandable but I have now sent three emails and absolutely no communication back. I have now opened a dispute via my bank in the hope I can get my money back. I have noticed I am not the only one having this very issue so proceed with caution if you decide to order…

Beautiful item and great customer service.
I have gone and bought 2 more of the ‘Amy’ set in other colours.

Bad cust service total lack of. Lots email sent no response until clear pay stepped in. Item beautiful but faulty. Said non in stock. I re ordered and it was a cheaper version that came too big too long not the same, awaiting refund!!!!. 1st time cust won't use ever again

They do not reply to customer emails! I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a refund!!!

My order still hasn’t arrived after a promised delivery of 3-5 working days. I placed the order 17th May. Bad first experience using this company so therefore unlikely to use them again!

I am still waiting for my return it's been nearly 3 weeks they don't reply to any messages on any socials it's so frusting! I want my refund! I was also a top missing which I messaged them about but no reply but kept uploads videos everyday ! I even tried message the owner and stil no reply I wouldn't avoid this company ladies really bad customer service I want this higher

Ordered suit on 6thMay..it’s the 21st May today ..still not recieved it??and Urban Peaches have completly ignored all emails??

Never received my item. Was given a tracking number that did not exist.
Contacted customer service no answer totally ghosted me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My item never arrived and the apparent 'customer service' have been none existent. They send your marketing rubbish twice a day but refusing to review all my emails and Facebook kessages about my missing order.

Avoid like the plague and save yourselves some money!

Shorts were too tight round my ever expanding waist 🙄 and the top was far too big. The collar didn’t sit well on me either so I have sent all back although no response yet🧐
