Not for me…
I’m definitely in the minority but I didn’t enjoy any of the 4 reed diffusers ( the staff faves) I picked. They were very sharp and overpowering and basically like a big hit of raw essential oils. I didn’t get the sophisticated layered scents I was hoping for. Maybe the candles are different but I had to remove these from the rooms as I didn’t enjoy them.

Our team & customers love lemongrass, its consistently our best seller, but I understand that scent preferences can vary, and we understand these particular scents were not to your liking. I would suggest our new Apotheca range which is a sophisticated collection of home fragrance, with more complex layers.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. So glad to hear you love the fragrances! The natural reeds absorb the fragrance from the bottle & disperse the oil into the air, if the reeds have less oil to absorb, then they may disperse less fragrance. The best remedy for this is to flip the reeds, then they will have more oil & fragrance on them. Sometimes the reeds can get clogged with fragrance, oil & dust, if this is the case we can send you replacement reeds! Please let me know if you would like us to send these to you.

My order was dispatched in a timely manner and it arrived safe and sound to my new address. The products (a refill for my reed diffuser of Black Amber, Rosewood and Cedar) and I thought I'd try a new diffuser to fill our new home and chose Wild Rose, Sweet Orange and Amber, and my goodness, what a delightful fragrance - I love it as much as the original one I've purchased! Thank you Urban Rituelle for these gorgeous products - I just wish there was a body fragrance that went with them both.
