I like so many others in the reviews have had terrible experience with this brand! I purchased the Sasha bunny case and the ears were much larger than advertised so I emailed back and forth with Gal (might be AI?) for a week about whether I could return /exchange. I was asked to send pictures of the case which I did and was just told that my case would have qualified for a refund but it’s not in its original packaging so there was nothing they could do! I’m frustrated because this was something I said over and over again. Will not be buying from again.
Kind of poor quality
Bought the ballerina case from them as it was out of stock for a while! So finally got them and took a week to deliver which is fair but the quality is unexpected for the price I paid!! The case was clearly 3D printed and the wholes that covers the speakers aren’t properly made. The buttons were not also aligned. The quality is just not worth $120 AUD but otherwise really cute! But just feels like they made them really fast to solve the out of stock problems…
Zero customer service
Zero customer service. We got the wrong size case and they simply refuse to respond to repeated emails asking how to exchange for the correct case. This company is THE WORST. DO NOT BUY from or WORK WITH THEM! Simply avoid at all costs.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and subsequently stolen. Urban Sophistication did not assist at all in this matter, simply directing me to the courier, who then directed me back to them. I am very disappointed. Very slow response as well
Such a bad experience!
I recently purchased this phone case, and while it looks nice, my experience with both the delivery and communication was incredibly frustrating. First of all, the delivery took way longer than expected. I had to wait almost 2 months past the estimated delivery date, which was really inconvenient.
On top of that, the communication was almost non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times to get an update on my order, but it took forever for anyone to get back to me, and the responses were vague at best. It felt like I was being completely ignored.
As for the case itself, it fits well and does the job, but with all the delivery issues and poor communication, it just doesn’t feel worth the hassle. I would never to order again from this seller.
Customer Service is Non-existent
Bought a case, the Bratz Puffer Case-Sasha. Wasn’t too happy with it because in the picture, it looked smaller. It was too big for my liking. I contacted customer service. A rep (Gal) emailed me the next day and asked to send a picture of the phone on its original case for approval of return. Did that the same day. It has been a week. No emails. I contacted them through their Instagram page. Nothing. They have a 10 day window to return items. It has surpassed due to their lack of communication on their side. Others on Instagram have also complained that they do not receive replies to their emails and messages.
Worst customer service.
I was sent the wrong product. I sent 5 emails and received only one response asking me to verify my mailing address, then nothing. No further communication. No phone number to call. Worst customer service. Do not do business with this company.
The puffercase is very bad quality
The puffercase is very bad quality. I bought my daughter the puffercase for Christmas. She opened it Christmas day, after it just being under the tree for 30 days. It was very damaged after just gently dropping it. The maroon coloring came off of it, and it was very banged up. Not a good protector of your phone. We tried to return it and the company refused because it was past the point of return, even though it was damaged the first day upon opening. They should have made an exception with a bad product and it being under the tree the entire time.
I ordered the Bratz Cloe case
I will say, it’s so overpriced. The phone case I got is not worth $100. Maybe $60-$70 because it is nice quality. With that being said. I ordered on Thursday and it shipped the Friday after. It got here the Wednesday after that. So shipping was fast and I had no issues. My biggest complaint was the box the case came in (the bratz box as I got the Cloe case) was scuffed up and opened. I was bummed about that because I wanted to keep the box. It was so cute online. For it being $100 you think they would make sure it was in better condition. The case its self is very nice. I like great and feels great. I personally love it but I don’t think it’s worth $100.
Such a terrible customer service
I’ve never seen a company like this in this day and age.
I ordered the wrong case size and contacted them to exchange it, but they didn’t reply. After sending emails three times, they finally gave me an address, so I sent it back at my own expense. Then shipping company contacted me, saying they couldn’t deliver it because no one was there to receive it.
No matter how many emails I sent, there was no reply, no explanation, and no apology.
This company is truly terrible and unprofessional. Even Temu or AliExpress wouldn’t act like this.
I can’t understand what mindset they have running their business. It’s not about the money—it’s about how angry this situation has made me.

Got the bow phone case only for the bow to fall off within the first week of owning it. Glued it back on and it came off again. Repeatedly reached out to their customer service only to me told it looks like I ripped it off on purpose (why in the world lmao)
Ordered phone case in early November
Ordered phone case in early November. Delivery address was AusPost parcel collect. I got a notice to say it was "undeliverable" and had been sent back to the USA. Keep asking them to resend but you just get these vague assurances they're looking into it. So - looks like I've lost AUD138. My advice would be - just don't! They are clearly crooked.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a 15 pro case that was NOT on pre-order, almost 2 weeks passes. I’m wondering what’s going on with my order. I still don’t have a tracking number. I go on their website to see if I can find my order, now the case I purchased is on pre-order. I am not kidding, I sent them 8 different messages in two months, trying to find out what was going on with my phone case. I never got one reply back, not once. There is absolutely no customer service. I’m lucky when I received my case almost 3 months later, everything was fine with the case but what if something was wrong with it? I would have never even gotten a hold of anybody to fix anything, let alone request a refund. Stay away from them. This is the first case company and I have bought a lot of cases over the years, I mean a lot and this is the first company that has actually ignored me. Stay away, no customer service.

Two, the case changed colors around the ears. I got the Sasha Bratz case. I had to wipe it with water. And they want to offer store credit? Absolutely not. Please get away from me. I have the exact same experience as all of these other customers. It has taken well over a month already and still no package in sight. On their website they state that international shipping can take ”up to 15 business days” which is a complete lie now after 30 something business days of waiting. Their customer service says the same things ”it is sadly out of our control”. Did not even agree to pay for the shipping costs as a compensation. Absolute scam company. Save your money! You can get a real Apple leather phone case that is half the price compared to these and will give you much more worth of your money when you actually RECEIVE it.

I never received my order and the tracking system they gave me stopped updating after it shipped out of the US so I have completely unaware that the package have arrived in my country due to incorrect information and they didn’t mention my contact number on the package. So they send it back to the US. I asked for a refund however the customer service was not giving me any useful replies. By the end I didn’t receive anything and still paying for the puffer case.
