After waiting for over 2 months to get…

After waiting for over 2 months to get my puffer case, I finally received it and had high expectations since they cost so much. After about two weeks less than a month the case was scrapped and started peeling on the sides. After two months of use I noticed that my camera was kinda off so I took the case off and found out the back of my phone was completely shattered under the case. My iPhone is new and I kept it perfect for a long time until I got this case I am so damn disappointed and angry I don’t understand the hype. Beside a nice design this case is completely useless and super poor quality. I do not recommend at all!

FRAUD!

I haven't received my case for 3 weeks and they don't answer my emails, they have terrible customer service and in their policies they don't say the actual time it will take to arrive if it arrives at all. DONT BUY HERE, ITS FRAUD!!!!

Would never recommend this company to…

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Took 2 months for my cases to arrive. Then one of them is faulty. I contacted the company and no response until I left my honest review of them which was not to their advantage - then they contacted me and told me to film the faulty case with my phone. Only issue is my phone needs to be in the case in order for me to show the issue so then they ask me to borrow a family or friends phone to film the issue making this such an unnecessary part of my refund process with them when it’s my legal right to have a minimum of 14 days to refund. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS A FAULTY PIECE. They are an absolute scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam

I ordered a case a month ago and haven't received it yet. I've reached out multiple times via email and their chat box and no one has got back to me. Their phone number doesn't work. I dm'd them on insta. No refund, no product, no contact. Absoulute scam

Trashy devil case

Got the devil case, after one week one horn fell off, and after I removed the case I saw that the screw burned itself into my phone. There are also already scratches on the case. The only good thing is they gave me the money back, but I still had to pay for customs. I also can’t write a review on the website

Waiting a month

Waiting a month, nothing has shipping out. Took payment never shipped case and does not respond to emails. Keep getting a generic email about receiving my email. Cannot get any information on status. I am left to fight the charge on my CC

"Lost Package and Disappointing…

"Lost Package and Disappointing Support"

I purchased a phone case from US and unfortunately encountered a disheartening experience. The package, which was supposed to contain the protective case for my phone, was inexplicably lost in transit. What added to the frustration was the lack of effective support from the company. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, the customer support was unhelpful and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.

This incident has left me not only without the product I paid for but also deeply dissatisfied with the customer service. Losing a package can happen, but the absence of proactive and supportive assistance to rectify the situation is disappointing. Regrettably, I expected more from US and hope they can improve their customer service to prevent such occurrences for others in the future.

Horrid.

Horrid. Shipping times was absolutely way too long. Product quality? It falls apart in about a week or two from usage. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
