Great customer service
I was skeptical as prices were cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere but the products are genuine.
Two items were out of stock and so they sent a WhatsApp to notify me and offer me a refund or exchange if I didn't want to wait. I then wanted to return 1 pair as they didn't suit me but this was really easy. I sent a WhatsApp and they sent me a shipping label. Good communication and would buy from them again.

Sunglasses were out of stock but they messaged me on WhatsApp to allow me to change order, wait, or refund very quickly. Very response and helpful, chose to wait for them to come back in stock and they delivered on time.

Refund mishap sorted
Unfortunately the glasses did not fit so I had to return them. I didn't realise that in order to get it refunded I needed to contact them after I sent them back. As I didn't contact them I did not receive any correspondence so thought I'd been scammed....this however was sorted out very quickly by the company once they were made aware of my mistake!! Thanks and apologies

Their prices is very good. The order processing and deliver time is quick.

Great customer service
Really helpful and communicative customer service department. We used WhatsApp and they were so quick to respond. My first pair ordered had gone out of stock but they got them shipped from Europe and kept me updated on deliveries etc.
