Like your website, easy searching and viewing ( would like to see pixes of item from all sides though). Really like the styles you offer. Took me several weeks to actually order as the size chart displayed with the individual item pixes was not helpful at all for adult male in the US. I really had to dig HRAD to find a relevant sizing chart—— perhaps all the ‘conversion’ size charts could be more readily accessible——then I would give 5stars
Of course I’ve not received my purchase yet, so I hope delivery goes well and I get what I actually order

I ordered a Jordan sweatsuit outfit Chicago Bulls on December 5 said it would be delivered by 19 December. I have not yet received it or a refund. No one has answered any of my emails very disappointed.!!!

The above review was within the first 2 days of order. I have since changed my mind and review is definitely NOT in their favour.
Originally placed my order no problem with site or options, very quickly received an email from “Mark Kevin” Customer Service Team

He was advising of options for shipping due to postal strike in Canada.
I chose the option with an extra fee of $10($14+ca) for third party delivery. Of which I paid n email confirmation of payment.
Then no communication, emailed again with payment details and finally 3 days after received another email apologizing for delay and thanking me again for choosing shipping option#2 n giving me details to pay extra fee….. WHAT?! I already paid for this….
Sent a third email 4 days later asking what is going on there? …are they a legitimate company?….wheres my order?
As of yet no replies!!
Very Exasperated with this online company!! There has to be a way for some sorta recourse and accountability for these people!!!
