What I ordered is not what I received

My mother in law purchased a coat for a Christmas gift, it did not fit the person. Trying to get a refund has been a crap show. She is 76, and this return has her so upset, she enlisted me to help. If you email there support they are not accepting emails. You open a ticket which says they will contact in 72 hours and there is no reply. This all started 12/26, today 1/12. Still no reply. I would rate a 0, but that is not an option.

It was really easy to maneuver through the site and find the things I was looking for. The prices we're great. I hope I don't have any issues with receiving my products in a timely manner. Fingers crossed.

This is my second time ordering and I just love my cloths that I received very good quality the price is good the whole buying experience was great.

I liked the products offered for sale. Items that I don’t normally see by other retailers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Jackets that arrived are horrible quality and not as advertised. At first they offered only a 27% refund (unacceptable). After much back and forth, they said I’d get a refund if I shipped the returned items to the address they provided at my own expense (California). The package was refused at delivery by the receiving party at that address. I have full documentation from USPS confirming the refusal, including tracking records.

At this point, I’m filing formal complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office, California Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Federal Trade Commission, supported by USPS documentation.

Fals products with names from known brands. Pooooor quality. Refuse to take there produc back and refund me. Dont use your money on their "products"

SENT AN EMAIL AND ASKED WHATS UP WITH MY PACKAGE! PACKAGE BEEN STUCK IN CHICAGO SINCE 12/30/2025 ! GOT A BOUNCE BACK SAYING SOMEONE WOULD REACH OUT IN 72 HOURS AND NEVER HEARD A WORD! TRIED TO SEND A FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND IT BOUNCED BACK EMAIL IS FULL AND CANNOT BE SENT! WHAT DO YALL HAVE GOING ON OVER THERE!

Received my order as of the 9th of january 2026 and it wasnt the coat I ordered was completely different from the pictures in fact it was a completely different coat all together, dont waste your money with this company

It was quick and easy. Lots of choices.

The clothing I got was beautiful. Just as I expected it to be. The material seems to be a good quality too. I will definitely be a return customer.

Sooooo I wanted to try this site only for research purposes and I was right.

The photos of the clothe you see are really fake, the clothe are cheap and not in the color you pick.
You can tell immediately that it's fake shit and the quality is extrem bad and low.

So People don't be fooled. It's not worth a penny.

I am giving THE COMPANY overall 2 stars, but the 2 stars are for the style and quality of the product. So I will start with the good. The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the quality was fantastic!

Problem 1. Wrong size - minus one star.
Problem 2. There is no customer service number; its done through email - BAD - minus one star.
Problem 3. I am getting replies through email but the return options I am offered are:
1. keep the wrong size dress for a $20 store credit or
2. keep the wrong size dress for a $20 partial refund - wrong answer for an almost $60 order; hell, the shipping only was $15... for a dress that was NOT expressed, 2 day or priority shipped. $15 standard shipping for a single dress.- minus one star

They have some things that can be fixed, but right now, I am not happy with Urbenie customer service, which can make or break a new company.

The product isn't working for me not true to size

I ordered a 2 peice outfit for a friend for Christmas and a Coat for my wife..first the set was two different pattern pant and sweat shirt was different can't return it because it last 30day. Ok but the coat has a detachable. " Fur "collar and it's uneven the collar is missing button and or hooks so one side of the collar hangs longer then the others.. ibshiuld have known better I never order from these sute but I did check the reviews and there was no red flags . But now there dozen of bad reveiws. And I submitted a return request and im stoll waiting for a response... stay away from urbenieus its horrible be ware

This company sell rubish the photo's and discription doensn't match the product.
They don't sent you a return label or giving your money back

If I could give this company no stars I would. Ordered a carthart coat it came it wasn’t authentic and was cheaply made. You can just rip the material like plastic. I then asked for a refund Ofcourse shipping it back. I was then told after paying 125 they would give me 35 dollars back. I threatened a lawsuit and they agreed to return in full after receiving the package. I sent the cost out provided a tracking number and when it got to California the person refused it and now it’s on its way back. Also the number provided is currently disconnected please don’t order from this site it is a scam
