So far this is my first time ordering from Urbenie and I ordered a carhart women's coat and it shipped to days later I haven't received it yet and will be able to give a better review once I receive my coat but the website was clear and easy to browse and order from. And I placed another order 3 days later.

I would love to have given a 5 rating because all the clothing had my attention. It’s very rare shopping/finding quality clothing nowadays and I’m old fashion so I prefer to shop in person. However, the purchase was easy and reasonable so if my product looks as good as looks on your website than I’ll comeback and amend the 4 to 5 rating and become a valuable customer.

I placed my order weeks ago. The problem is they don't let you know how to track it,it doesn't list any type of shipping company that you can use the tracking number they provide to check it. That's very unprofessional. And then I emailed them like three times and have not got a response back. And I emailed days apart from each other.

I paid $100 for the jacket and they want me to keep a jacket that I didn't order that is sized wrong and they will give me $30 or $27. I do not recommend buying from these people at all!!!

I haven't received my items of of yet . I ordered three coats and I haven't received a tracking number or the items . I'm very disappointed and the website is down

The experience was good but found the discount offer of up to 50% not that good as only 5% given but other than that everything was good

Technically it’s is exactly as described..Hoever other than the logo it has no resemblance to to what was displayed

This is ridiculous. My husband ordered a jacket but the quality is not good and does not look like the quality on the website.

I bought 2 jackets almost 100 bucks and neither were like the pictures shown. It was a process just to get any info on a return being done. They were not true to size and the fur on the one looked so chincy. When I wanted to return them my options were only get 28 bucks back and keep the items that dont fit so that makes a ton of sense, or ship it back and I have to pay for it and I do not live near California so I can only imagine what that will cost. I will never buy from this company again.

I really like my dog’s Coates however they fit small , so I had to purchase another one(larger size) . Other than that I really like the look and the thought if it fits , it will be nice.
