The shipping process was to long. Your website should advise people where the item is coming from so that shipping and delivery would be understood.

I ordered a size xxlarge. I am unable to get these items above my knees. Just too small. They are useless to me!

The searching is easy..Beautiful clothes for men and woman. I only missed the size table on each item. By some is a sizechart but most not. Would be great to know if the size is correct. Further the site is easy to navigate. Love the content! Also theadups through email is nice.

It was quick fast & easy. My opinion the shop is doing well because it’s bring back a all time favorite brand which is Carhartt , every merchandise I laid my eyes on was dope

The worst customer service ever. No resolution to sending me a wrong item where alot of money has been spent. Absolute disgrace. Its their fault but they wont compensate or offer refund or send out the correct item!! Never ever order from this website. They will send you the wrong item and make it your fault. Figure that!!
So I received my package and I've received the wrong item which was the most expensive item of the 3 in my order. It was a Teddy coat which I ordered but received a suede thing trench coat. Following me getting in contact and albeit I opened the package a few weeks later as I never got round to opening it (started a new job And got left to the side). Beside the point the items should be correct either way. Now they are taking no ownership of the fact they have sent the wrong item.im speechless to be honest

The shipping is super slow. The sizing of their products is smaller than normal. Their return policy definitely sucks. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which would probably be half of the cost of the product. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Horrible service I did not receive my order been saying out for delivery for 4 days now no pkg yet your company is not using my local post office like yorl said your tracking numbers does not belong to my local post office and there’s nothing in my mailbox we’re is my pkg I want a refund I’m reporting this site scammers I ordered my sweaters October 31 nothing yet

Just got my package today was excited to receive I got to jackets reasonably priced

Its a scam merchant!!!! Bought a 60 Euros item and received in the mail something completly different.

When I ask the return of the wrong item, 60 Euros, I got this replay:

"We’re very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. Please accept our sincere apologies for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused. To make things right, please choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Store Credit
Keep the incorrect item and receive a store coupon worth $22, which you can use toward your next purchase.

Option 2: Partial Refund
Keep the incorrect item and receive a partial refund of $19.

Kindly let us know which option you prefer, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible."

My experience has been that I either get the package early or within the time frame listed. What I don’t like is washing them in the gentle cycle with woolite and air drying them. It developed tiny lint balls.

I was pleasantly surprised that everything came with the carhartt logo on it. I think the products are a little thinner material than I had expected but the material is nice and soft. I would prefer the sleeves to be longer, they do not make it all the way down my arm. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase.

Your ordering system is very simple & straightforward. This was the reason I gave you 5 stars . Keep up the good work.

Quality clothing at affordable prices. I love shopping here. I read that this company is a scam, but it definitely IS NOT! I'm VERY happy with my many purchases from them.
