Laura was very helpful in my order for Refurb order, as well as answer all my questions before placing the order. I am a return customer and will continue with this type of customer service.

The process with Bilt Labs was seamless throughout. They provided a timeline at the very beginning explaining the custom nature of the orthotics I had ordered. They stayed on track and even shipped my custom orthotics a little early.

Communication is what made the experience top notch. Laura from Bilt Labs communicated with me every step of the way. She was super responsive and it was her every time I reached out! Not a different customer service person every time. This made for extremely smooth communications.

The orthotics are excellent quality. Better than my previous custom orthotics by far. They don’t skimp on quality one bit.

I tried a pair with metatarsal pads but my feet didn’t like them. I reached out to Laura again and she fixed the situation quickly and painlessly. Again, Laura was excellent to work with. I can’t say how nice it was to have consistent communication from the same person throughout the process.

I can recommend Bilt Labs without hesitation. Quality, amazing service, and saved me a ton of money!

While I chose not to use the insoles in the end, the service was well done from beginning to end and response time to any contact was immediate. It was a no-hassle refund after being given the option to have them reworked. They were comfortable but the cut wasn't quite right and I had no foot issues so not a strong reason to try to keep getting them adjusted. Thank you Laura!

I was taking a trip to Wyoming when I injured my Archille's tendon where it meet the heel bone. Bilt labs was able to rush my insoles order and ship it out to me in time for me to break them in, prior to leaving.
Customer service was very helpful, kind, and even rushed the shipment. I would use them again.

I have been wearing custom orthotics for most of my life and I have never had a pair that fit as well as these. The difference was in their customer service. They responded quickly to every email. They allowed me to make 2 modifications, and this has made all the difference in the way they fit. These are better than anything I have gotten from a podiatrist. I highly recommend them. I am not going anywhere else.

They were awesome to work with. The initial set was not quite what I needed or wanted. The set was beautifully done but more arch support was needed. They worked with me to get the arch support just right in a very timely manner. The final product was beautifully completed and just what I wanted. They were professional, friendly, timely, and efficient in completing the work. I recommend them 100 percent.

The insoles are great, it is a game changer, especially for those with arches. Every shoe I buy can now support my foot properly. This is worth the investment. Also customer services is fantastic.

First, I made a mistake in the order, I called and it was fixed with a smile in her voice.
Second, I started a new job and just found out 2 days ago that I was going to be going out of state, (800 miles away), in 10 days. I emailed and asked if there was any chance I’d be able to get the insoles prior to my departure. Laura explained that it is a process but she would see what she could do, 🤯 order shipped today, and I ordered 4 pair, (should mention this was a reorder).

Talk about world class customer service, wow.
Will also say, I have a bunion, plantar fasciitis and ankle fusion, these are BY FAR, the best insoles I have ever purchased and I’ve tried probably 20-30 OTC insoles, these are made for YOUR FEET.

I just walked the Camino in Spain (70+ miles) with my new Bilt Labs insoles. They worked great. Absolutely no foot pain and they were about half the price of what I paid for my previous orthotics. I was a bit nervous because I had no time to "break" them in and with my other orthotics it took me about ten days to get comfortable. But with my BiltLabs Orthotics they were totally comfortable from day 1. I was concerned about pain on the ball of my foot since I would be walking 8 to 16 miles per day but had absolutely no pain or blisters the entire ten days of walking. I would highly recommend BiltLabs Insoles!

I will say bilt labs is freaking Awasome to deal with ! Very helpful , answer all dumb questions I had ! Laura is Awasome with Emails , response time is fantastic ! Very caring place and willing to go the extra mile forsure and they do go the extra mile!!!!

The customer service provided by Bilt Labs far exceeded my expectations. I worked in a health related service oriented business for over 40 years and as such my perspective comes from experience. I honestly believe the orthotics provided by Bilt Labs are the best in the industry from a cost, efficiency, and fit and ofcourse service.

My experience with Luara from Bilt Labs was amazing. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I had a hundred questions, and she answered all of them without trying to sell me anything but gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. I walked away feeling 100% confident that my experience with the company will be great, whether I like the product or not, they will do their best to meet my needs.

The insoles fit perfect I have very little knee pain after wearing them. I'm 65 still work part time and walk an average 29 miles a week. Well worth the money for sure. Laura was great when I needed a copy of the invoice. Thank you
