They delivered as expected. They responded to my questions on time, Laura was especially nice.

Laura was great at answering my questions. She was knowledgeable in knowing that I needed a new return label, and she emailed it to me right away.

Laura listened to my concerns without judgement. She was knowledgeable about how best to proceed. She went above and beyond, offering suggestions and guidance to alleviate the issue.

I called in after hours and Laura saw the call history and called me as soon as she got into the office to get my needs taken care. She got me a pair of orthotics in the mail and was very professional and polite.

Great customer service so far! Before I even received my orthotics, Laura reached out to me to answer my inquiries regarding sizing and provided me with every option imaginable. Bilt Labs will work with you to get your sizing right whatever it takes, right down to you mailing them the actual orthotics of the shoes you are wearing, and tailoring them to match... Thanks Laura for letting me know!

Bilt Labs, especially Laura, went above and beyond to try and get my orthotics to fit my left foot. I can't explain why we couldn't get it to feel good but they did everything they could. Their customer service was outstanding. My main contact was Laura and she was my advocate. She tried to help me more than anyone from any other company. Thank you!

The insoles are proficient, however after this company acquired urorthodics ans rebranded and I ordered again they offered three pairs after confirming using my foot mold and then too liberties to change the insoles I ordered to a different style then what I ordered. I explained that I wanted the style I ordered and after email back and forth setup to have the desired insoles made, but did not make clear instructions that later clarified finally resulted in then being made and sent however they reduced the number of pairs to 2 from 3 for reason untold to me....thus they get 2 stars for this slight......update: i was co tact by the company that proceeded to admit their errors in processing and came up with a solution that was satisfactory

Laura was so helpful and provided guidance on my reorder of the everyday custom orthotics. She helped me understand the best solution for this version. I’ve ordered the sport/active version multiple times and they’re perfect! Thought I’d try the every day option for some of my casual shoes. Bilt Labs are the best orthotics and way better than any prescribed orthotics I’ve had before! I have very high arches and insteps and these solve my foot challenges.

As I had a very specific & unusual request for my orthotics, Laura made certain my request is followed so that I don't have to return them. Laura has helped me over the last few years & I have full confidence in her to do an excellent job with my order placement.

I had never had custom-made insoles before but the whole experience was terrific from start to finish. The instructions for the mold we're clear and the process only took a few weeks. The customer service department answered all of my questions and helped me make sure that my insoles fit properly. I love them so much I ordered two more pairs before my casual shoes. I have been considering buying these Bilt Labs custom orthotics for quite some time now. After walking my dogs this morning, my feet hurt so bad that I told myself that today is the day.
So, I reached out by email, received a prompt, courteous reply from Laura, then a phone call from her. She was so helpful and professional that I ordered right then, by phone.
So far I’m very happy with the Bilt experience. Now “the proof is in the pudding”, if my custom orthotics are anything like Laura’s service, I’m sure I’ll be one happy camper!

Delivery of my orthotics were returned to Bilt Labs and Customer Service promptly got in touch me to resolve the situation. Laura went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care, and that my orthotics would be resent to me and delivered within the next 3 days. This is the best customer service I've received from any vendor in a very long time. Dealing with Laura at Bilt Labs has been a true pleasure.
