Laura in customer service was very helpful. I had an issue with the timing of my insole shipment and the address of to where I would like my insoles shipped and she took care of both of these problems for me. She was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and sounded like she was happy to help resolve the two issues I had. She took my worries away.

I was contacted by BILT because my name matched a previous order that was done through UR Thotics (now BILT). I was able to use our old kit and get a partial refund as they didn't need to redo the whole process! Laura was super speedy and helped revamp my order. Not many places would do that I feel!

These people really strive to make a great product! They're very adaptable. When I needed my sons insoles changed a bit they were happy to make them a little thicker. He has had terrible trouble with his arch support. So it was, get insoles through the doctor for $300 or try these. I'm so happy that I did. I ordered initially and then reordered a bit thicker and now I just ordered 3 sets, partially to get the better price.

My foot pain with these custom fit innersole has totally subsided. I purchased two pairs roughly 2 years ago and they have been amazing. My feet started to get a bit sore again and realized that these innersoles are 2 years old and its time to reorder.

My husband has these inserts. He was soo happy I gave them a try AND I am very happy too!
My inserts came too short. One contact with customer service and I had my new inserts in less than a week.

Very Professional and excellent customer service

Well lets first start with the fact that I found them based on their other reviews, their warranty behind it and their proximity to me- I'm in New Orleans... I try to support as local as I can. I was buying them for someone who has very sensitive issues so I had to be particular. I was not impressed with previous companies I have experience with. So I tried these guys. The fact they offered the warranty for as long as they do really let me know they take integrity behind what they do seriously. I missed the promo they had literally the day before when I called to order and ask questions and they were still nice enough to throw me another discount they had available. The process is easy, especially for anyone who doesn't have prior experience. They come in a few weeks later and you try them out. The fact I did not hear anything from the person I bought them for let me know 100% that these are the ones. Fast forward about a year and I end up helping a few patients in a facility. I can go on and on about how amazed I am with this company. And I am so truly grateful that Lauren is my rep. She is freaking amazing and so sweetly patient with me with the particulars of my questions. She is so quick and is so solution oriented. Even though we are like 350 miles apart she makes my job/life that much easier. Thank you Lauren!!!!!

This is my husband’s 4th pair and 3rd reorder. His original order was Dec 2023. He has them in his athletic, golf, everyday and dress shoes. They improved his foot pain dramatically. Fantastic product, price and customer service.

I have worn custom orthotics for about 45 years. In the past, I've always had them made starting with a visit to the podiatrist. Bilt Labs provided me a great source for new orthotics, at about half the price I paid before. The Bilt Labs product is high quality and works just as well as the orthotics I've had before.

I've had Built Labs orthotics for several years. I just reordered two more pair. The care team knows my history with neuropathy and very high arches. They make great recommendations and my feet appreciate that. Their customer service is great and I feel like I'm calling a friend.

For many years, I have had intermittent "hot spots" in my arch when cycling with clipless pedals. My PCP said I probably had plantar fasciitis and recommended that I try getting a pair of custom insoles. Total time from initial order to receiving the foot foam molds and then to finally receiving the final product was about one month.

With the custom orthotics, I'm now experiencing no arch pain during long rides. For what it's worth, I was using Superfeet Green insoles in my cycling shoes prior to the custom orthotics. I was under the assumption that manageable arch pain was normal for lengthy rides.

After putting the insoles through its paces for a few weeks (wanted to make sure the comfort I was feeling was genuine and not simply a placebo effect), I made a second order for a few more pairs. There was a slight mix-up with the order, but Laura from BL customer service was quick to respond and correct the mistake and make up for the inconvenience.

The price is a lot lower than custom made through the medical offices.
Quality is just as good and holds up good as the medical offices I've been seeing.
Sizing and shipping is an easy and fast service. My order size is kept on record so re-order is easy. Over all I'm very happy with the experience.

This is a customer service review only. We received the orthodics today and will review the product later, but the customer service is impeccable. We received the insoles and had a quick question and I was expecting to have to wait a few days for an answer and instead, we received an email back from Laura immediately with exactly what we needed. The orthodics look to be well made but since we haven't used them yet we can't give a product review just yet.

I purchased a pair of these inserts about a year and a half ago and they sure helped with my feet. I climb ladders daily and these help give my feet more support on those rungs, I figured I’d better get a fresh pair, so I ordered them. A few days latter Laura from Bilt Labs called me and was so very helpful helping me to figure out if I was doing well with original style and mention some other options. Her and I working together came up with a solution I think I will be happy with. Thank you Bilt Labs for having a wonderful staff and a product that works better than any others and believe me I have tried many upon many inserts. That’s why I came back again.

I have had foot pain for years. I had my doubts this would work. To my amazement , there insoles took my foot pain away. I have had Cortisone shots ect. NOTHING worked till now. Just ordered my 3rd pair.

I have several pair of inserts from Bilt Labs, prior to wearing Bilt Labs insert my feet hurt getting out of bed and just walking barefoot. The relief was within days and continued improving. I have recommended the inserts to numerous friends and the results have been the same for all of the as well.

I ordered these for my husband because he refused to go to the doctor and was always complaining about his feet hurting. Once he tried them I noticed he quit complaining about his feet hurting or any other aches. He finally told me one day, these things work! I am so happy this was available to us. Definitely recommend!
