The product is fine. Does exactly what is described. I had a minor issue and the costumer service was excellent. They replaced my item immediately. Overall, I am happy. I would definitely buy another product from them.

Be careful when using this product
It is an excellent product. I am just still recovering from its use. It massaged my neck alright. Turned my muscles into hamburger-helper it did. I probably have another three or four days until my neck is back to semi-normal.

I did have an issue with my first…
I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing
