Review of customer service.

My experience with Nux started with constant emails with c/s reps since I was unable to place my order due to a faulty web site.When it was determined by the c/r that I was not in order status I explained I had given my credit card info but could not get the discount for 1st time customer I was assured there simply no order in my name. I was able to obtain a discount a few days later and placed my order. I received an incomplete order a week later much to my disappointment without any discount. a few days later the correct order arrived and I was charged for both deliveries. I spent many hours and much stress trying to complete my purchase so I contacted my credit card co. and will dispute the 1st charge. The product has been given away I am so angry with the lack of competence and assistance from your employees that I told the last c/s rep I would not use the product.

I highly recommend Huile Prodigieuse dry oil cologne spray. Due to it's oil base, the fragrance lasts all day. Furthermore, this product is organic which can be used on the hair, skin and face.

I am extremely satisfied with the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse product. Not only does it smell great with a clean, subtle fragrance, it is oil based which provide moisture to the skin. I apply it to my neck and wrist as a cologne. Whenever I wear the cologne, I receive complements on how good I smell.

Spent $50 but never received a product

I bought Huile Prodigieuse® Spray 3.3 FL. OZ. and Rêve de Miel® Facial Cleansing and Make-UpRemoving Gel Pump-bottle 6.7 FL. OZ. spent more than $50 for it and after a week I received an email saying my package is delivered but now it's been two weeks and I never got a product. It was never delivered and every phone calls I make, everyone is just connecting me to other line saying that they're not in charge of this. Now I'm trying my best to get my $50 back (actually I should receive something more than just $50 since it ruined my b-day.) I will not use this site again. That was my 5 hours of work right there.

nuxe dry oil not recommended

I am disappointed in my entire experience with nuxe. The dry oil is not dry. It leaves a grease residue. The smell is very sweet and lingers. When I received it some of the oil spilled out during shipping. 2 hours after I placed my order I found out that I was entitled to 20% off of my first purchase. When I contacted customer service they would not honor this promotion. They informed me I would be receiving a free watch instead and my order was processed. The watch does not work. I will be tossing the oil. This was a great waste of money and time. In the future I will spend more money for Caritas Fluide de Beaute 14.

Still haven't received my order

I truly love Nuxe products, especially the 24 hr body lotion. It smells wonderful and really moisturizers all day. This is the 3 or 4th time I have ordered it. I am looking forward to getting the candle, I am anticipating a nice smell to use while relaxing in the bath after a long day at work. My only disappointment is that I have still not received my order, I placed the order before Christmas. I hope it hasn't gone lost. This is why I only gave 3 stars, two off for long wait time. Although I could have paid a lot more and possibly received it a day earlier. Luckily I still have some lotion left in my old bottle.

Great product and delivery service

This was my first time to order Nuxe products on line. Initially had a problem completing the order, but emailed customer service, received a prompt reply and was able to complete the order, then made a second order a few days later over $200 in total. 30% off is fantastic, look forward to another sale! Delivery service was good and arrived at hotel.

Love the products

I have been 100% satisfied will all the products I have ordered. I really like the packaging of the products I have been using, lightweight and not made of glass, for those clumsy mornings when I drop everything. Also all the free samples I have gotten I have turned around and ordered all of them...just love NUXE!!!!

I have ordered for Nuxe a few times over the past 2 years, mainly for Huile Prodigieuse. Each time I have ordered, I've received my complete order without issue. In fact, the shipping time is always much faster than they state. Online ordering is a breeze and the website is easy to navigate. Impressive products from an impressive company.

Buyer Beware

I will admit that I made the original mistake by not adding my apartment number on the shipping address. However, when I went to correct the issue I was offered no solutions or support for getting Fedex/USPS to update the information (even though I know it is possible for the shipper to correct the error). I really wasn't expecting much more than a little effort to get it fixed, but instead was met with an overall feeling of "Sorry! Too bad for you!". It is also EXTREMELY shady that I was not able to access an actual phone number for this company on their website.

it is one of the worst websites ever to buy things from

If I didn't like a couple of the products so much I would not bother. Something is always a problem. This time I couldn't select my "bonus" gift because of some glitch in the website, wouldn't let me check the box. Other tims I have wonated to return something and wrote about the procedure and never got a reply. I finally gave up/ I ordered the products anyway this time but probably will not do so again.
