excellent service, excellent products

I had a wonderful time shopping on Nuxe.com! the layout is easy to navigate, and I had no problems finding what I was searching for. The checkout process was straightforward and simple. I had a question about a discount code, and their customer service was kind and helpful. The products I received came packaged so beautifully, and they were better than I expected! I am very pleased with both the website and the company, and I look forward to shopping with Nuxe more often :)

I love the honey face wash! It keeps my skin smooth and clear and does a great job removing make up. Nuxe shipped quickly and I enjoyed the free samples.

I discovered NUXE while living in France--their products are great and cost effective--I only wish they offered the whole line here in the US--

Everything with Nuxe was good. However, the product I purchased on sale was very old: 33 months from manufacturing date. I am not sure how fresh their other products are but I would not purchase the stuff on sale from their web site again. And you need to search for return policy before you buy. They did not mark it as final sale on the product page.

This was my first order with Nuxe. My order was processed and shipped quickly. I love that they have an option to add a gift bag for free. My items were packaged securely and nothing was broken. I will definitely be ordering again from this company and would love to try more of their products!

I always like the products of Nuxe: simple and nature. That's just like the essence of skincare : we don't need fancy ads or packaging, just a gentle and natural way to take care of the skin.

I love Nuxe! Used to buy the products when I lived in France and continue to do so now that I am in the US. I really like Huile Prodigieuse. The oil, the shower gel, and the perfume. People tell me I smell like a warm Carribean beach. Hmm.

But shipping is really slow and I always seem to find the packages abandonned on my front door, tossed carelessly, or at the manager's office of my apartment building even when I am home. Help!

The nuxe lip balm is so good! I apply it in the morning and my lips stay hydrated in this cold winter weather!

Giving the lip balm as a gift for someone allergic to many products, so this was as natural as they get. I am trying a sample of the sensitive 24 hr cream for myself to see how my skin handles it. Very happy with my prompt order and free gift bag.

How can i descibe this awesome product , it is out of 7 stars not five , love it love it love it , it is a must for coming cold winter to have soft kissable tender lips . I'm totally satisfied thanks nuxe

The box arrived on time but the content was not nicely packed so to give it as a present I had to re-wrap it.

After the ordering process, I received lightning fast shipping - I think it was only 3 days before the package arrived after I'd ordered.

The mask is awesome! Since I got the mask, I almost using it everyday. It smells very good also. I have told all of my friends that this brand is so good. I will repurchase this forever! Lastly, I wanna say that the officer team is awesome too!

I was first introduced to Nuxe products at a beauty event called Generation Beauty NYC 2015 created by IPSY. We were given their full-size perfume oil which can be used on the body, hair, face etc. not only was it great smelling it made my hair frizz free as well as my skin silky smooth. I received many complements and my sister-in-law absolutely loved it so I purchased the full-size perfume oil as a Christmas gift for her, as well as the lip mask to try for myself. The shipping was fast it was packaged beautifully even gave me a gift bag and a few samples. Overall I think the products are fantastic and highly recommend them. The company as a whole is wonderful and we are lucky to have it here in the US.

Nuxe custom service is probably one of the best that I experienced so far. Chloe responded to my email very timely and was very flexible in providing solutions.
