I Love Nuxe Products

I absolutely love Nuxe products. I am more apt to shop when there is a sale of sorts, but I highly recommend all products. I have not been disappointed with one product and I have tried many many products that they offer. They are all high quality ingredients where less is more, and because of that the products will last a very long time. France has stricter regulations on cosmetic product ingredients, and you can really feel the difference as opposed to what is offered in US made cosmetics. Everything made by Nuxe smells delicious and the quality is just top of the line. I am so happy that Nuxe has a US version of their website. Before I found the Nuxe.us site I would have a friend in France send me Nuxe products that she bought (for much cheaper) at her local pharmacy. The only thing I wish that they would do is offer all of their products on this site (they have other products only available in France that are not on this site). They probably cannot though due to some kind of regulations that the average consumer is not aware of. Thank you so much, Nuxe, and also thank you for my free Reve De Meil lip balm that I received for my birthday.
*I recommend signing up for emails from Nuxe because they notify you of special sales and sometimes they have 70% off sales which is AWESOME!!

Happy and very Satisfied.

I learned about Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse during a recent visit to Montreal, CA. I am very pleased with the results. I have been using it in my face and hair since September 2015 and my skin looks radiant.
I'm planning to give it for Christmas to family and friends.

Mixed feelings

My deepest condolences to the lost souls of Parisians and our hearts and prays are with you..
I regretted not finding time to shop for Nuxe in paris when i visited couple of weeks ago and was very excited to place the order with Nuxe US directly instead of a 3rd party site. So I went ahead and placed the order for essential gifts to thank my sister for taking care of my baby girl and nothing could say that better than NUXE. But just a day after I ordered, the prices were slashed to half.

This upset-ted me and i wrote to them about my feelings and situation too. To my surprise they have been very kind and accommodated to adjust the savings I could have got with any product of my choice.
With this , Nuxe had made a life time customer.

However I received my earlier order by the time it was promised, but was alarmed to find that only one of it sent instead of the two I ordered and paid for. I had to take a picture of all the stuff I got and wrote to them right away. Guess being weekend i haven't heard from them as yet. I wish they had customer calling numbers too instead of just emails to make things happen faster.

Now here i am with mixed feelings, thinking how can such a mishap happen from such a big company and am still waiting on them to resolve this situation. Also hope that they make sure these don't happen in the future. As they can be perceived very negative with the customers.

So I am very sure they will fix it soon and will do great during this holiday season.

Slow processing

It took a week for my items to ship and I think it only shipped because I inquired on the status. The products are excellent as always though.

Wow!!

This is the first time that I ordered any products, but it won't be the last. The facial cleanser, daily moisturizer, and lip balm are terrific. Tonight I'll be trying the shampoo and, if it's anything like the previous products I've tried, it should be terrific.

good product, bad market policy

I ordered at Nuxe online two times because I already new the product and I like it.
What I didn't like at all was the fact that they promised a special kind of gift and the two times I got something different or something was missing of the gift.
I don't mind buying the product itself, but when you promise something you have stay with it.

Amazing!

I have been using the cleanser and the night cream for a year now and my skin feels ten times better! No breaking out or dry skin either! It's just the balance for a healthy looking and flawless skin! I highly recommend it to anyone who cares about their beauty! I mean who doesn't!!!

Customer Service needs to improve

I have been a MUXE costumer for years and now that you opened in the US it has been a pleasure ordering the products from you. Unfortunately I had a bad experience recently. I purchased a night cream for myself and it came with a beautiful gift (I even sent an email to the staff letting them know how happy I was with it).
I realized that I needed two gifts for two birthdays and tried to contact the customer service department, but you don't have a telephone number, the customer can only communicate with you through email. I received a reply to my email the next day after my inquiry. I explained in the text that I needed TWO gifts and they told me that they only had the FALL bag, time was going by, and I needed the gifts so I placed one order for two Reve de Miel night creams and received only one gift so I had to give the other person the gift that I originally received with my first order. They said that they only send one gift with order but I had explained that these two creams were for two different people. In essence, your customer service department is not very good. You either need a telephone number or you need to answer the emails in a more promptly manner. If they would have called me, I would have placed the orders with them and resolve the issue much faster. I wasted time emailing back and forth.

Great brand!

I've known Nuxe for a while. I switched from Lierac. Their make-up (lip gloss and tinted cream) products have been part of my regimen as well as cleansing micellar water and nirvanesque light emulsion!!! Recently I've ordered products from aroma-perfection series and absolutely love them! Nuxe hasn't let down again! Love their products!!!

Gifts didn't come with the products

I bought $88 products (two cleansers and two toners) so that I could get the beauty bag and a candle. But the bag and the candle didn't come with the products at all. Then I emailed to customer services twice and there was not a response. Very disappointing.
