Great product
Great product, great materials. Definitely high quality and worth the money. My only things that I am not thrilled with, is the power cord is still holding memory and not straightening out. I bet there is a trick to doing so, just don't know it. Also, the 2 sections of insulation material that cover the cord in the brass mounting brackets. I wish they were a bit tighter and less apparent. That's it though, and I can fix the 2 things that I mentioned. Overall, very happy with my unique and beautiful light. Thank you very much and I will definitely be shopping with yo uh again.

Check other sites for product - cheaper & better customer service
I found the exact light, same brand, on another site for 40% cheaper. I requested not to continue with the order, but it was sent anyway. I then had to return the light at my own expense. Telling when the cost of sending 30kgs back to Tala ~$250 and buy from another vendor, is still cheaper to do than buying directly. Something's not right with their model. Wouldn't recommend based on customer service.

Absolutely love my Sphere IV light…
Absolutely love my Sphere IV light bulb! The matte finish is gorgeous, the light is beautifully warm, and it dims perfectly. Only recommendation would be to simplify packaging materials to minimize waste.

Answered all my questions regarding the product prior to purchase, and when the new bulb was no longer working, I have received the replacement product immediately upon reaching out to the customer service.
The product installation instruction was straightforward. Just very heavy, but just beautiful once installed.
