Lovely and kind staffs. I give them 10 out of 10 which is a masterpiece. Mily noorman was so nice to me the best. From Shepherd's Bush Westfield white city.

A tala shipment arrived incomplete - only the ornament was in the box, not the fixture or the bulbs -- and they will not refund or replace. They keep saying that they have not been contacted by the shipping company. It has now been nearly three months. This was an item now listed on their site for over $2000.

They will not replace the bulbs and the fixture, saying I need to buy a whole new one. I now have a useless magma disk and no fixture. I know that they ship with insurance so this should have been resolved weeks ago with me getting a replacement light.

Without recourse, I have no option but to tell my story online and hope that this motivates them to resolve the issue.

I haven’t installed them yet but they look very well made and beautiful. Shipment was great and fast.
Very happy so far with my purchase.

I needed 4 lightbulbs for a new fixture and other places said they were from Tala so I decided to just go straight to the source. Tala had competitive prices and fast shipping times. The cost of shipping cancelled out the savings on the bulbs so it ended up being the same price, but I felt like I was supporting a nice business rather than amazon or something. The bulbs look great!

I purchased the oak knuckle pendant, which I have paired with the Sphere IV bulb, and it is simply perfect.
It hangs over a bench in our front entry, and is visible from the street. At night time, we dim it to a low setting and it is the most warm and cozy sight to see.
Everyone comments on how spectacular it is, and even my husband (who is a grouch and doesn’t like anything) is impressed with it.

Beautiful products, and excellent service. I placed my ordered and it was delivered timely and in great condition. I will definitely order again!

I ordered this to replace a previous Oval bulb that had been broken. It's clear that the supplier has changed as this bulb has a completely different hue than the previous one (I still have another one, they are for my bedside lamps), and when turning on the old ones, they have a soft fade in, but the new on just snaps on immediately. As well, the packaging that it arrived in is of lesser quality.

I don't really care about the packaging or the light snapping on, I'm just mentioning these differences to illustrate why I believe tala is using a different supplier.

The fact that the hue doesn't match is really the issue here, as now I have two different colored lights on either side of my bed, something that is unacceptable for a bulb that costs this much money.

Tala delivered promptly and fitting went smoothly!

I love my new Tala pendant lights! They replaced boring builder-grade pendants in my kitchen and they are wonderful. Simple, streamlined, graceful. And I was able to get them installed with a dimmer, which is even better. Shipping was fast, too. Thank you!
