Impressive Style and Quality
I’m more than pleased with the style and soft flow the Enno plug in pendants provide over our nightstands. I loved them so much I ordered the Knuckle table lamp with Sphere IV bulb. I plan to get additional standard size Tala Sphere bulbs for our guest room. Note which bulbs do and do not have dim to warm technology. Overall handsome quality products.

I ordered the wrong lightbulbs and have been attempting to return them but the company won’t respond. The returns portal doesn’t recognize the tracking number and the company doesn’t respond to my requests for assistance. Have never had this happen to me before so be careful!

Received wrong lamps. Paid for expedited shipment which should be refunded. Phones are not answered and it take days for any email reply. Don’t know when/if I will receive correct merchandise! Frustrating!

Solid lamp, service not as good
The lamp is solid and beautiful and worked well. A charge lasts a good time. The bulb died after three weeks. Tala did not respond to emails about it. At the time the Muse bulbs were not available on their website, and you can't use most standard bulbs. I contacted Haworth who said they would get Tala to send a bulb, which has not arrived. Eventually the bulbs became available and I ordered two ($20 each plus $15 shipping.)

Unclear who handles shipping
It should be made clear at checkout who will be handling the delivery. I used my P.O. Box # only to later find out that UPS is delivering, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Now I’m just watching my order bounce around and sit at various destinations, and it will probably just be returned to the warehouse.

Love our Tala Alumina
We now own 3 Tala Alumina lamps. One is used as a table lamp and 2 we installed as wall lamps. We love these stylishly simple lamps. They give great adjustable light and the wall installation was very easy. We look forward to looking at more Tala lamps in the future as we replace others in our house. Based on our experience they are well made and they make ordering very easy.
